Handy Tips for practising unconditional love:

Exercise one

Mirror affirmations and breathing work.


Say “I love and approve of myself” with eyes closed. Feel where that affirmation may be uncomfortable in your body.
Now breathing in white light, dissolve that uncomfortable feeling, just knowing it is only blocked energy.
Repeat the affirmation until no discomfort occurs in the body.
Now open you eyes and say it with love, in the mirror.


Exercise two

Difficult relationship
.

Vision the person in your minds eye.
Now say “I release any criticism/judgement of you. I love and accept you for who you are. I see the beauty in you.”
Feel where that maybe uncomfortable for you in your body.
Now breathing in white light, dissolve that uncomfortable feeling, just knowing it is only blocked energy.
Repeat the affirmation until no discomfort occurs in the body.
Now repeat those words to that person, still in your minds eye, sending love as you do so.

Exercise three.

Place a piece of “cleansed” rose quartz on your heart centre.
Imagine yourself in a cocoon of white light, asking for the Angels to surround you in love and protection.
Affirm “I surrender to the Angels, any blockages within myself, which maybe standing in the way of unconditional love”

After this healing/meditation please make sure your feet are firmly on the ground and all your energy centres are protected.
