Monday June the 18th.
Met the group this morning - already things are very clear and I can see the groups "lesson" - the ability to receive. This is something I will need to assist them with this week as we cannot give constantly without "drinking" for ourselves.
I am aware of my own lessons this week being presented to me - challenges are arising for me to use my new "voice of the Goddess." I know I have the choice of "fight or flight" and I now choose to grow!
Tuesday June the 19th.
I am most definitely being encouraged to speak my truth with love and strength even though it may cause others discomfort or pain - today such a challenge was presented to me and after "speaking" I began to cry - I think I was in shock that I could speak in such a powerful and yet loving way - so much healing has happened for me so far this year within - it is now for me to take action to bring that energy into my reality.
The group are growing and "moving " at an incredible pace. They seem to be absorbing information without the need for questioning - it seems so natural to them. There is something so unique about these people - I am not tired at the end of the day, they are not "feeding" from me - instead there is an incredible bond between us where we seem to be nurturing and supporting each other - I do not feel separate from this group as though they have placed me on a pedestal - I feel equal - such a wonderful place to be.
In my evening meditation I recognised that I still had a level of "dis trust" with God because I feel this energy as masculine - I realised that feeling this energy as masculine enhanced the relationship of a "father" figure and this is what was causing the dis trust - just acknowledging this revelation I feel cleansed and now I can shift my levels of trust. This "issue" I feel has been healed just by recognition and sometimes that is all it takes.
Wednesday June the 20th
I found myself speaking with such honestly today. We studied Archangels and worked with Archangel Crystal grids - I told the group I felt I could only truly share with them knowledge of the Archangels that I had personally experienced - I was honest and said the rest of the information I was providing was from research - this was very "freeing" for me as there was no pretence. I believe we can only speak truth if we have some level of personal experience - how else can we share our truth.
Archangel Raguel came through very clearly for the first time. I was explaining that he assists with creating harmony in relationships and power struggles. I put out the crystal Aqua - marine. Archangel Raguel came through and said it was all about the ability to "listen". That relationships were failing because we had forgotten how to listen to each other. He asked me to offer the students Topaz which he said assists our ear chakras.
Archangel Gabriel once again has been very strong energy around me lately and I understood why today. A while ago in a meditation I opened a book and read the true meaning of my name. It was to help me see who I truly am. In the book I read - Michelle - the strength and light of God - I cried so much as it was not what I had expected to read at all. Upon reflection I realised how many times in my life so far I have had to show that strength and it was important for me to honour that strength.
Today while speaking to the students Archangel Gabriel said his name meant "God is my Strength" and that I was to recognise that I could draw upon this strength as my own -
Archangel Azrael once again came through and encouraged me to speak my truth -
A most beautiful message for the group then poured out onto paper "These people before you Dear Child will spread the light of God upon others ....... the Earth plane needs dedicated people not only to themselves and others but people who are dedicated to the light. Beloved Child, they stand before you."
I now can feel and see Sanctuary of Angels becoming the community it was designed to be and that is an incredible feeling. It never was mine or about me and at last it no longer is.
Thursday June the 21st.
Last night while meditating I had two realisations -
One, my teaching methods are so new and less restrictive for everyone involved - labels and boxes are limiting and of course man - made.
And two - Angels are love, light, joy - but we also need to recognise that they have masculine qualities such as strength, courage, wisdom. Angels guide and support us but cannot do for us - that is dis empowering as we need to learn to do for ourselves - just like children. And this is what I need to include in my teaching to insure that the Therapists are to clients as Angels are to us - empowering not dis - empowering.
I was asked to take two students "higher" today and I did not know what the Angels were speaking off. They asked me to trust and that I did not need to know until the time was right.
I found that as it was happening to me I was guiding Janette and Steven through it - I am beyond words now to describe what happened - to try and contain my own experience while guiding others was intense - but higher we went - to a place I have not reached before. (Since coming home and being guided to a page in a book - I have been shown that it was a new level of consciousness called the lotus of the heart.)
I feel like I have new eyes, a new heart, a new mind and a new body - when I eat - I eat, when I walk - I walk - I only have "memory" for what I need at that moment - the need to talk with out reason is no longer there -
Friday June the 22nd.
Slept well and woke with a skip to my step and a "Zipp- a - de - do - dar".
Message I received this morning was that a Master does not claim to be all knowledgeable and all knowing. A master is as the Master is at that moment. The Angels said I was to recognise Enlightenment but as with other "labels" in life I was to now drop this one - that felt comfortable and I feel very humble.
A wonderful day of teaching with lots of giving and receiving in equal measures as our group lesson was digested - mass conscious patterns were also broken today which was incredibly healing for Linda -
During the attunements a storm came and it was Katie that bought the significance of this incredible storm to our attention - much energy has been shifted this week, not only for each individual but the building and staff here too needed to change and let go - the storm symbolised a very powerful cleansing.
Janette asked me today if I had needed the groups vibration to grow myself and when I arrived back at the B&B, I realised I had needed to work with these wonderful people to give "birth" -
I know that a lot has transformed within me, the past six months and that transformation needed "birthing" through actions -
Gradually through challenges this week - this has happened. This week I have taught as the new me, I have spoken as the new me, I have walked as the new me - and that new me is honesty and truth and power.
No longer am I hidden behind the hidden agendas and dis honesty of my childhood. I am as I am - truth.
We all went for a meal this evening - the students, myself and the staff at Studio 26 - I have always before felt separate from the group instead of part of their wholeness and their "bond" - tonight I was part of that wholeness - And I thank them for that gift.
Thank you God for the light you have given me this week, the Angels, the beautiful beings I have been honoured in sharing my time with - there will always be a place for them in my Heaven. x
Saturday 23rd June
I am sitting in Glasgow airport - still. The flight has been delayed so far by an hour and fifteen minutes -
And now I am leaving the frustration and tiredness of wanting to be at home and accepting that I am here and being grateful for it -
It is giving me time to finish the week before I arrive home.
This week has been an incredible journey for all and although this is the case on all the six day courses, this one was refreshingly new.
The students were not there to clear or heal or remove layers - they were there to learn how they may be of greater service to others and in that space I myself was able to "birth" to how I truly wish to teach - to teach others to assist others, so that they in turn may teach and assist others - and so begins a wonderful community - Sanctuary of Angels was also "re -"born" this week.
Gifts have been given equally and an understanding that receiving is just as important has been acknowledged and practised - giving and receiving became beautiful and easy and yet still within the boundaries of love and self love.
Janette presented me with two gifts -
A silver Angel inscribed - "Twas her thinking of others, that made you think of her."
And a silver Dove inscribed - "I love you for not only for what you are, but what I am when I am with you."
And all I can say to that really is that during the week I was asked by the Angels to buy her a mirror - and she needs to read the words she writes to me and gives me on treasured gifts - and see it is all her reflection.
In meditation today a vision of Moses earthed my soul's purpose for this life time carried in tablets of stone and gave me the gift of a "son". I recognised that this did not mean that I was pregnant or even going to be but it was a symbol of the birthing of male energy -
I thank God and the Angels for not only today but the past six days - I acknowledge that in being God's strengfh, God has been mine.
"How" is no longer in my vocabulary - as how can one have "how" when there is trust - "how" is not my concern any more..
Today is not an end - I feel these people in my heart and know this is only the beginning.
“Today will be our last day – and I don’t want the week to end. It feels like hours only. I feel empowered, loved, respected, supported, nurtured. Never has a course effected me in this way, it has been so life changing “vibrationally” that I feel complete, whole, at home in my own body and at One with the Universe. A week in Glasgow ....
Where and how do I begin?
And how can such a life changing journey for so many people be put into mere words?
I knew the week was going to be magical but not for one moment could I have ever imagined the miracles that un – folded each and every day.
For me it was a time of “re – birthing”, each beautiful student on the course and myself transformed and so too did our surroundings. The light that was held in that room shone brightly and “Studio 26, Gavinton Street” became a beacon of light for Glasgow.
Glasgow has been given a gift in the form of eight amazing people whom I trust 100% will outshine any “dark and needy” corners in Glasgow and assist others to see there is more to life than meets the eye –
As the Angels so rightly said through me, to the students –
"The Earth plane needs dedicated people, not only to themselves and others but people who are dedicated to the light. Beloved Child – they stand before you.”
Need I say anymore, except Watch out Glasgow *smile*.

Healing with Seraphinite
This beautiful Angelic crystal holds many benefits. It is a powerful stone that encourages Angelic connection, its incredible shades of green clearing the heart chakra.

Imagination
Imagination.
I recently asked a client how she was so visual – she answered that as a child she played imaginative games all the time, in the car, at home and so on. Which proved to me the point of how important imagiantion is for a child and also as an adult. It is how we open our minds to create that which we do want – the more you “play”, you more you “feel” and then the energy is no longer missing, you are not seperate – and therefore what you want becomes closer and closer to you – until it is your reality. Remember belieivng is seeing – not seeing is belieivng!!
All “creation” is a personal matter between you and the Angels, it is not for you to speak of what you do, for then you can shatter the energy, it is almost as if you need confirmation from another, which of course is not trust. This is you exploring your inner world, to create your reality – this is your truth.

Handy Tips for practising unconditional love:
Exercise one
Mirror affirmations and breathing work.
Say “I love and approve of myself” with eyes closed. Feel where that affirmation may be uncomfortable in your body.
Now breathing in white light, dissolve that uncomfortable feeling, just knowing it is only blocked energy.
Repeat the affirmation until no discomfort occurs in the body.
Now open you eyes and say it with love, in the mirror.

Difficult relationship.
Vision the person in your minds eye.
Now say “I release any criticism/judgement of you. I love and accept you for who you are. I see the beauty in you.”
Feel where that maybe uncomfortable for you in your body.
Now breathing in white light, dissolve that uncomfortable feeling, just knowing it is only blocked energy.
Repeat the affirmation until no discomfort occurs in the body.
Now repeat those words to that person, still in your minds eye, sending love as you do so.

Place a piece of “cleansed” rose quartz on your heart centre.
Imagine yourself in a cocoon of white light, asking for the Angels to surround you in love and protection.
Affirm “I surrender to the Angels, any blockages within myself, which maybe standing in the way of unconditional love”
After this healing/meditation please make sure your feet are firmly on the ground and all your energy centres are protected.

Meditation & Spiritual Support Group
Good Morning to you all and your Angels *smile*.
I hope today finds you well rested after your weekend.
Recently I was guided to provide a two week session of Angelic Guidance - it proved very useful to so many of you and very new to me as I found the Angels working with me in new and amazing ways - so thank you for I grew in that space of time as much as you did by listening to and following your Guidance.
It has been drawn to my attention again that I need to provide you a stable and regular "space" of healing and guidance. Energy is moving so fast so far this year and many of you are enjoying this burst of growth but also forgetting to take the time to rest and align with your new energies - which can make some days less grounded - ringing any bells *smile*
From Thursday the 28th of June I will be holding a meditation & Spiritual Growth support group at Nash Manor in Steyning. The evening will run from 7.30pm - 10pm. Refreshments are included. The price of the evening is £!5 per person.
The dates for the following months are June 19th, July, 30th Aug, 27th Sept, 25th Oct, 29th Nov.
I am also fully aware that some of you are further afield in the UK and the world so am at present finding ways in which I may provide the same over a "tele - seminar". That way, nobody will get left behind - more details will follow.
The new energies that 2007 is bringing has shown me that we do need to support each other to grow and to spread the light - affirming my strong beliefs that there is no competition between us - We are "One" - with hopefully all the same goals for the Highest Good of everyone. A stronger sense of community is needed in this world and we can start that NOW.

A story of two dogs
One morning after a restless night I approdached my spirtual master
and confessed,

Welcome to June
Welcome to June.
Half way through 2007!!
And boy what an incredible six months it has been so far- talk about chucking out all the old skeletons *smile* and having to see the truth to move forward.
I understand that this is what 2007 has been about for many people who have made that commitment to be "aware" of all that they are not , so that they can make real choices from their own hearts.
For some it has been a hard slog for not just months but years as we try and fit between two worlds and so many beliefs.
Others have been "made" to be still and listen.
The beauty in these fast and furious lessons has been that underneath the pain there has been excitement and a deeper knowing. An amazing feeling of coming home.
Life finally feels "simple" for me and I do feel as free and "light" as the day I was born. This "nakedness" from all the layer peeling can make me feel slightly vulnerable but I have found in that vulnerability is complete honesty.
I believe this time of deep spiritual cleansing is drawing to a close. The Angels have pre - warned that during this time period you may feel as though everything has come to a halt but this is not so - things are just being "prepared" so that when it is time all will be ready - why hurry into things - only to have to go back and retrace old footsteps - this also gives us time to rest after a rather hectic few months and make heart felt choices *smile*.
During this time of "calm" we need to fully believe and embrace the idea of creating Heaven on Earth, as this is what is happening.
Well I don't know about you but I am very excited - kind of child like I know - and I want to just blab away to everybody as excited children do -
And so I have decided to have a sort of "half year" celebration and to buy a cake and celebrate "me" - to review and digest how far I have come in all it's tears of pain and sweetness - and then let it all go as the candles get blown out - making space for the rest of this moment, this day, this year and this life as 100% me!!
"Truly I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of Heaven."

And so I have decided to have a sort of "half year" celebration and to buy a cake and celebrate "me" - to review and digest how far I have come in all it's tears of pain and sweetness - and then let it all go as the candles get blown out - making space for the rest of this moment, this day, this year and this life as 100% me!!
"Truly I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of Heaven."

While you are learning to trust your own feelings and intuition do not share your experiences, messages and goals with others, unless of course they are like - minded.
When we share with others, they do not always understand and so we find ourselves justifying ourselves or trying to prove ourselves - it becomes a ego battle and disperses all "light".
We cannot expect people to feel our passion as we do - for it is not theirs.
Just gently hold your feelings inside and nurture you and them - when the time is right - people will see with their eyes your new choices - the new you - they will see your dreams becoming your reality and there will be no need for proof - as it will be there solid in your life.
Do not seek the approval or praise of others. You do not need to prove your self to anyone, including yourself. Then there can be no failure because there are no expectations.

The Heart of the Matter
So when did your “journey” begin I am frequently asked.
That question always makes me smile for my Journey began when yours did – at the beginning.
Since the day we were born we have been on this wonderful journey – born as free children, honest, innocent, authentic with our emotions, creative, loving, wise little beings of light.
And then as time goes on we are taught “ego” ways and how to fit in, what we should and shouldn’t say, speak when spoken to, be seen and not heard, what to wear, what we felt or said as children was lesser than those around us. Tears were for babies – to pull ourselves together and become unemotional “clones” – Need I go on?
Our pure light becomes hidden beneath so many layers that do not belong to us but to another or a religion, or a school, or a government …
In our eagerness to fit in and please We soon forget that we ever forgot who we are …
Something is missing, something does not feel right as we get older and live life in this “Straight Jacket” hardly breathing (well actually we forget to do that too *smile*) – the search begins for happiness, love, wholeness – but we were taught to look for it outside – in a partner, a career, a family, and yet still we feel empty, lost, lonely, discontented –
And then it is the “how hard does it have to be before you listen”
Listen?
To who?
Your heart – You – that’s who – the YOU that you forgot, you forgot!!
That is when people say their “journey” began but it is not. It is when we choose to see and we choose to become spiritually awakened, realising that we are not just mind and body but we are spirit too – and that is what has been missing – our spirit.
We see that the life of work, Sainsburys, headaches, materials and un fulfilment is not the whole picture – there is more and it is achievable. We understand that feelings are what is missing from the inside not the outside.
The other question I get asked is “What is my purpose?”
And the answer is – your passion.
And you will find your passion, as you begin to find you – how can you know your passion, your purpose when you have been living to someone else’s rules and hiding.
These two questions have one solution. That solution is to peel back the layers of beliefs – when you think or feel something – ask is this really me or does it belong to someone else? When you speak – are they your words – are they honest, truthful, and loving. How do you live your day - is it by your rules and expectations or somebody else’s – whose boundaries are you living by…
And then in your silence, everyday start listening to your heart. Spend time getting to know you. Gradually you will hear a song and it will guide you to you and the gift you were born to share.
I do not know what your passion is or your purpose, only you know your truth and that it is why it is so important to trust in you, your feelings, your intuition, your dreams … You can be guided there but no one can take you there but you.
You are the truth!!
I finish now with a little story that made me smile and made me laugh. A little Hindu story of truth.
One day God got tired of people. They were always pestering him, asking for things. So he said, “I ‘m going away to hide for a while.” So he gathered all his advisers and said, “Where should I hide? Where’s the best place for me to hide?”
Some said, “Hide on the highest mountain peak on Earth.” Others said, “No, hide at the bottom of the sea, they’d never find you there.” Others said, “Hide on the other side of the moon: that’s the best place. How are they going to find you there?”
Then God turned to his most intelligent Angel and asked him, “Where do you advise me to hide?”
The intelligent Angel smiled and said, “Go hide yourself in the human heart. That’s the only place where they never go!”

The message in your beautiful bottle is beginning to be heard, perhaps we can also ask Vicky Wall who founded the wonderful system of Aura-Soma to hold Madeleine’s hand and walk with her over the rainbow bridge to the pot of gold that is lying at the end of the rainbow within the emerald green of the heart. The bottles help us to raise our consciousness, to rise about the darkness and gloom of our third dimension perception of reality to the beauty that lies within the truth of our existence as a spiritual being of light and love – what we are focusing on is a missing child, is she not representing our own ‘missing child’ who has become lost and who we cannot see because of the darkness that is hiding our light and our love. In reality nothing is missing, no one is lost, we only think we are.
Within the colour white lie all the colours of the rainbow.
