Seven years ago while lying in that hospital room at only five and a half stone - I made a promise. A promise to me.

A promise that became a commitment - to be all that I truly am.

Everything that has happened since that day has supported that commitment. The universe heard my "declaration" to heal and so situations have arisen in life that have provided opportunities for me to release all that I no longer need.

Life is a mirror and with my "new eyes" that had chosen to see - I understood that all that I was seeing, hearing and feeling from the outside was something that needed healing on the inside and releasing -

I am not going to proclaim it is easy. Only this morning I had to "step back" from an over whelming feeling and see it for what is "really" was.

Making that choice to not get involved in the illusion that you see in front of you, stepping back and detaching clears the pathway for guidance and healing.

No one can heal you without a commitment from you to be healed, life cannot evolve to new and higher levels without a commitment from you to evolve ...

You do deserve the life you truly desire - you do -

It is not going to land in your lap or on a golden tray or even be delivered by a handsome knight on a white horse BUT ...

With dedication, guidance from your Angels and a commitment to you it is 100% achievable!!

Life is a journey, we do not stop learning until the day we return to that beautiful ocean called "source" - A journey that if you so choose can be full of "light".
