Acceptance

Beloved Child, We ask that you speak of "acceptance", for many you are in touch with, this is the key they search for.
We see "struggle" and this is not the answer.
Humanity is being given great opportunities for change, for re - birth. So many denser energies of the past are clearing the clutter of the old, so that the new can come in.

To struggle is to hold on in fear.
We understand the term you use "fight or flight" - We ask that you choose flight and ride this wave with your magnificent wings - for the winds are bringing change - the change humanity prayed for.
Give up your "ghosts" and rest now - in peace.





As you can read from above I have been asked to speak to you of Acceptance - I guess because personally this is something I have had to learn over and over again this year in relation to different areas of my life.


You cannot change what IS because it already IS.


You cannot change a situation that already IS, you cannot change a person or his/her behavior for it already IS.


The biggest difficulty for many including myself is "accepting" what IS. I see the light in everyone but that is not what IS -


It is what that person truly is but not what they are in this moment - that person may never choose to change or be that light - it is choice - and I have to accept who they are in this moment -


It is like a situation people can be in denial that it is happening or has happened - they will replay the scene or go over and over the situation, regurgitating - never accepting it at all -


Until there is acceptance of what IS - it cannot change or leave - patterns will remain and situations -


What IS may only need last a moment in your day but it cannot leave until your body, mind and spirit have accepted it for what it IS and released the struggle and denial.


Through acceptance there is no longer denial, through acceptance there is no longer struggle - everything just IS.


But through acceptance there is peace and through that peace and stillness - change can be born.


Life can just simply flow -


Look at Nature - our greatest teacher - everything just is - cycles come and go , re- birth and death, a seed to a bud, a bud to a flower - but all just IS, no hanging on - no refusing to see - there is just complete acceptance-


And through that acceptance all just flows ....
