Thought for the day.

Hi, me again - just shows how much I have missed writing to you all *smile*.

Yesterday I wrote to you all about living in the present moment, I then experienced a beautiful affirmation - I finished typing and then set off to collect the "brood" - a van pulled out in front of me - as they do - and on the side it read "Halo Services." Can you believe it!!

I have spoken to you many times about affirmations and once again cannot express to you the importance and great value of positive thinking. An affirmation is a thought that you may consciously or sub- consciously be thinking - this thought if given enough energy over time becomes a belief and therefore your reality - whether it be a positive or negative thought.
You may reprogram your mind and therefore be in control of you reality by repeating affirmations to yourself - I used to march the children to school saying "I am confident and worthwhile, I am confident and worthwhile .." I walked and talked so hard - I began to feel more confidant and yes - worthy.

I still walk along the beach - "I peace, I am love,I am kindness, I am here - I am now .." It raises my energy and so the energy of all I desire to be and have becomes aligned with me.

I was bought a pack of Louise L Hay power thought cards for Christmas. They are in beautiful colors and pretty enough to stick anywhere. I connect with my Angels and ask them to bring me a thought that is for my highest good for today. I place the cards on my mirror, on the cupboard above the kettle, on my bedside table, on the fridge .. and my husband and children have noticed them too!

Today's card is for you and is appropriate to yesterdays email.

The point of power is always in the present moment.
The past is over and done and has no power over me.
I can begin to be free in this moment.
Today's thoughts create my future.
I am in charge.
I now take my own power back.
I am safe and I am free.

If there was only one thing that you could really digest and practice from my monthly "waffle" to you - I pray that it would be the power of positive thinking. You can change your life!

I wish you a warm and joy - filled weekend.

Michelle x
