Channelled message on loving the self
Beloved children,
We join you today to speak with you of Love. Yes sweet children, we bow are heads in honour, as you have an awareness of the magnificent power of Love. An awareness that s ever deepening, for you are opening your hearts to the deepest riches you can ever know.
Some of you feel it intently, and allow your/our love to flow from your magnificent heart centre, which hold the secrets to All That Is, should you look inside.
We ask you now, do you allow this Love to flow through your whole body? Only some can answer yes.
We ask you this as your most glorious soul dwells within. Your bodies are the most sacred of vessels to carry such an energy, an energy that is a part of God.
You have chosen your form for many a wise reasons, is it really so beneath your love now?
Oh sweet children, love yourselves as we love you. Do do not send messages of un-acceptance to your body, your cells for how shall they respond? We tell you this, to the best of their ability, this ability depends on you, this ability thrives in love and acceptance.
Look into your eyes and see past the illusion of form, see the power of the truth within.
Oh how we love you. We can not fully comprehend how at times you fail to notice the glory of you.
Each and every one of you carries the essence of God, the divine spark burns brightly. Can you see how much your world can be transformed should you allow yourself to see your true self, to love your true self and in turn recognise each other? God looking at God? for we are all a part of Gods beauty, reflected in rich, exciting, ever changing ways, let us come together.
Love dear ones, love your selves, for true love is unconditional and all accepting and is ever growing. You are love unfolding, and it is an honour to assist you in discovering the magnificence of this truth.

Beloved children,
We joyously come together to speak with you regarding the dept of your self honesty.
Dearest children please understand each and everyday our love for you fills us with joy, to gaze upon you and walk beside you an honour indeed for we have come so far together.
Yet our journey dose not end here, the world is full of exciting surprises yet to unfold, ah just look how you are unfolding.
To experience all that you wish we ask you now, how honest are you with yourselves?
You are wise, and often know when it is time to move on, be it from a job to a relationship and sometimes to more beyond the relationship you have with your selves. Yet, some of you hesitate. Do you know what it is you are waiting for? Is it for ‘things’ to go ‘your’ way?
There is much movement around you now, imagine if you will a stream of rainbow energy flowing all around. It sparkles with endless possibilities and offers you the opportunity to pick up your feet and allow.
Oh how sweet this mighty stream is, how magical the ride. Will you play?
Fear not beloved, for we whole hearty acknowledge all you have done so far, all of you have indeed done well. Yet some hold back and fill their time with reason why ‘this’ or ‘that’ can not be done. You are above this, you are magnificent children of God. There is no-thing that you can not achieve, new solutions await you.
Examine your thoughts, your patterns and be true with your self.
You who are blessed with divine origins need not burden yourselves with ‘could I?’ ‘should I?’ for this is not what we agreed. We are here together, let us continue to work together. We are all creations of Gods mighty magnificence, let us co-create, release the ‘I’ and embrace all that We are, and together we shall ride the rainbow.’

Donation Service
Hi - me again, just a short sweet note to say thank you for all those who have visited our new DONATION service Angel Aunty, it has been a wonderful success in just a few days & I pray helped many gain clarity.
For this service & all Sanctuary of Angel donation services to be able to continue for you, I do wish to point out that it is a donation service which does mean an offer of exchange - even if it is only a penny *smile*.
We as a team believe that we can only be of assistance to the Universe if we rise above the fear... Only then can we be a true lantern in the dark, To "be" in the "illusions" of lack or any man made illusion leaves little or no hope for anyone.
This is why we have been guided by the Angels to show no fear by giving to others as we do.
This way we can help every one & the flow of abundance as when we hoard, judge others as less needy or less fortunate or come from a space of fear/ lack we stop the flow as a rock does to the river.

Keep grounded!!
A warm "hello" to you all. I pray today finds you well, smiling & GROUNDED.
The Summer Solstice energies are bringing some truly wonderful changes to the Earth as a whole but also to individual journeys.
Back in March during meditation a "diamond" shape was placed over me but became part of me if that makes any sense - one point above my head but connected to my heart - the other way down at the Earthstar - this bought on many lessons of becoming the "mountain".
I have been "asked" to encourage you to call upon this energy during this time to assist you in being grounded. Fristly because the energies at present can cause you to beome ungrounded & secondly so that you may move with the Earth changes - if you cannot tune into the "mountain" energy that is ok - just ensure you are connected to the beautiful beating heart of Mother Earth - even meditate barefoot on grass if you have to.
Yesterday - & not in meditation so it was a bit of a suprise - I felt a Vortex of energy around me, like a whirlwind of Light - I was being drawn in to the beautiful "opening" as the other end closed - I saw this has "more old" being removed & a greater movement into the new, it was a wonderul & truly uplifting release - Crumbs, sometimes words fail me *smile*
Other things you may be experiencing during this time is dizziness, an increase of weight to keep you grounded even though you are not eating any more than usual, a curious excitment, a need to clear clutter both pyhsical & emotional. a desire for sweet things or overeating - succumbing to base needs - feelings or experiences of new doors opening & old ones closing.
This is all good.
Try not to attach to things that are ready to pass - have trust & go with the flow - remember to struggle is to cause chaous - we are all very safe right now & being offered amazing oppurtunites for growth individually & as humanity. There is also so little we have to or need to do as if we trust & let go - things that do not fit or serve you anymore will simply leave.
All I can say & all I am being asked to say is "keep grounded!".

Beloved Children
We speak to you of new Beginnings & so speak to you of patience, trust & flow.
For these "ingredients" are part of what forms the foundations of new beginnings.
Your world has been created on an energy of busy - ness & impatience, unsettling the stillness within - with these ingredients the seed will not grow at all or not grow to its full potential, thus creating weak foundations for new beginnings.
It is time Children of God that your world learnt to create new beginnings in patience, trust & flow. There would be far less struggle for all & far less disappointment when dreams & goals formed on weak foundations crumble.
This is a time of magnificent change for you - if you so choose to build this year foundations for your future.
Be as the Farmer - watch how he nurtures the soils & tends to his crops - notice also his patience & how he leaves fields to rest between times of creation, so that they may gather strength for the new.
Ensure your foundations are nurtured & loved. In patience let those foundations grow in strength. Your old roots are dissolving for divine purpose, to make way for your new & chosen roots.
Stop wanting to control - this uses your strength, instead drink upon Gods.
Do not linger in spaces of fear, self doubt & dis - empowerment for these are ingredients of poor quality.
We see for some this feels that "no - thing" is happening but in silence, patience, love & trust so much more can grow. There is clarity for Thy Will to guide you.
Beloved Children let go of all that does not serve you - creating no more "have to" but instead Joy - would you force your self into clothes that do not fit? Your life situations are a layer of clothing. Release them.
Do not project your energy into the future, controlling how the creations should or will turn out - leave room for our Gifts to you.
Children of God We ask you to be patient, to trust & to let the flow of God's love deliver to you.
Get out of "your" way & God's.

Welcome to June ...
A loving welcome to the month of June.
Warm, June has arrived & with it a new exquisite offer of "freedom."
I see so many being presented with "challenges" & "button pushers" as opportunities for growth.
It is how we choose to "see" ...
We all see through different eyes & so a handful of people can be in the same room, same situation or even reading the same words in a letter but all may have a different "re - action" & experience.
It is wise for us to have a greater awareness of our selves & watch as an "outsider" as to what is occurring for our self - what are the feelings, the re - actions, for these are the "buttons" that require healing.
No one can "make" you feel not good enough, un worthy, unloved ... unless that trigger, that feeling is already "alive" in you.
That button has a "core", a root & once it is pulled up, looked at & healed - Bingo! - no more button. The truth & love is clearer to see & have.
And so this is what June brings. Opportunities to break patterns & cycles of ages old that really do not "fit". You are offered opportunities to grow, stand in your own power with your own glorious set of roots.
So - take off those "wellies" that weigh you down and make your footsteps heavy in the sludge - stand barefoot upon the luscious grass & let the Universe guide & support you ...
Do not be "blind" anymore & see life situations as punishment, struggle, lack of love, abundance or support. You are being offered love, you truly are. Instead find & see the healing, the growth & the joy in the suffering ....
May you all blossom into beautiful, strong, independent trees this month

This month we are being urged to rise above the illusions & chaos of mass consciousness played out in society - for we are no good to others or ourselves if if we play a part in the illusions - "where there is love, there is no space for fear" - We are asked to join in combined love & light knowing that all energy reaches an almost unbearable level before it can "crack" & disperse - only then can the new come in ....

The world at this time is showing great fear about the subject of money and abundance.
The flow of giving and recieving is slowing as people "hold on" because of fear of lack.
We urge you to not join with this thinking as it in turn projects this thought of lack and brings it into your reality.Instead believe in the constant flow and be grateful for it.

For our little ones ...
I Pray today has been kind to you all - the thunderstorms have just started creating a blissful "gap" in the air - a space to breath & time to reflect.
I have found my "new role" as a mother & father of late particulary tiring - this change is new to us all but the children no matter what is going on seem to never run out of energy ... I am beginning to feel I ought to bottle it - whatever it is!
I lay on the warm grass, breathing in the glorious Earth energies & my attention was drawn to a "mummy starling" who has built her nest above our dining room window - I watched as she flew off, only minutes later returning with food to a nest of squawking babies ... then off she would go again - this routine seemed to never end but she did not seem to tire or question her sanity *smile* - she just took hold of her responsibility as a parent & did so with great love
She certainly put an end to my feeling - I saw her dedication & commitment - a mummy starling inspired me to move through this ,,,
In the end there is always love.
How blessed we are when we can "see" the strength, guidance & love offered to us in many, many forms.
May you open your heart to nature & the lessons she has to share with you -

Guided Action ....
At 4am this morning I was woken with guidance in what I must write of, to you this month -
This routine of being woken up in the early hours of the morning has been quiet usual of late, , it is an energy of action - although I now feel as if I have hit a place of complete exhaustion, I am asked daily to stand in God's light & affirm " As I stand in my power, I stand in God's."
Guided Action ...
So often over the past six years I have written to you with the words "I was guided" ... followed by the words I am given to share or an account of action I took -
It is as simple as that, the guidance flows in & flows out through my action -
but is it as easy as that sounds?
Do we question Guidance & what does that lead to?
For a couple of months, the same guidance was coming to me, in simple words & even vision that represented the words, bless them, the Angels tried every which way.
But I struggled for the first time ever with this guidance I was being given. Firstly it did not personally feel loving action & secondly it bought up fears.
Fears that made me feel powerless but were also at the same time sabotaging my boundaries & power. Fears of losing "more" people in my life & fears of what those people may feel & think -
even though I knew it was guidance & so therefore could only be love ...
I did not take the action, I did not feel powerful enough to "do" what I felt would in some way hurt others whom I loved ... I began to get "stuck". Nothing in that certain area of my life seemed to be "flowing". The "stuckness" displayed itself as an energy in my ears & throat, although the core of it was very base chakra.
It is wonderful how supported & truly loved we are by the Universe. I am so close to tears as I write this because it is truth & yet at the time we may not always feel either.
A beautiful & dear friend came for a "healing" session, her symptoms were fairly similar with the ears & throat ...
While the healing was channeled, I heard "this message is for you too Michelle."
My friend "came back" & we spoke ... the message we both received the same & meant for sharing.
We hear guidance (ears), it is then for us to simply have trust & faith (throat) & to carry out the guidance as action (base). When we do not, guidance becomes "blocked", life becomes stagnant, symptoms within the body occur as it "holds" the energy waiting for the action. During this time we may feel unsupported by God & the Angels, this is simply because they cannot do - the "do- ing" needs to come from us. Energy cannot flow again until the action is taken.
Often guidance is not taken because it may seem too simple or too difficult, we do not have enough trust & faith. We may analysis it, we may fear failure, hurting ourselves or others, change, even success .
Because it is guidance does not always mean success, (which can be confusing), this can make us feel let down by the Universe but the Universe is helping us to learn a lesson or lessons for growth not merely steering us towards success. Where would the growth be in that - one thing is for sure though, it is always for our Highest Good.
If you fear failure, this is definitely going to occur in your life as a lesson, if you fear loss, lack, rejection ... whatever it may be, it will need to be transmuted into love at some point -
because you are love!
Those who take guided action are not to seek approval, recognition or reward. It is a driving force of energy, an energy of love & grace pouring through us that must be put into physical form or cause chaos. It may not always feel to the personality a loving action but we cannot see the whole picture as God & the Angles see it when we are stuck in it -
We are channels for change, our own lessons in this "Earth school" & we "provide" lessons for others to grow upon. If that is not a greater love, than I do not know what is.
The days that followed the "healing session" I was lead through preparation for action. Words flowed onto paper at "silly o clock" & I was given the affirmation "water off a ducks' back."
My children tested that one regularly over those days, in fact it seemed to be coming in every direction.
But those words made me smile each time I "heard" them, they placed me in my "center" & completely supported the "mountain" in becoming "a mountain"...
I did what I "knew" must be done.
That is simply called "faith."

What's new ...
I have been "asked" to speak to you of the importance of living a spiritual life on this Earthplane.
As some connect with the Earthstar as the base clears of all that is not love - this becomes "easier" as the Earthstar is there to support & nuture our "choices" in how we live.
So often I hear people say they are "spiritual" as though it is a religion or trend & talk the talk but seem to not want to wear the "trousers" & walk that talk.
A million excuses will be heard when this is highlighted - no time, not enough time, fear of change, fear of what others will think or say ... & they are just excuses - our way of standing in our own way.
Living as spirit in human form is achievable & so very simple - if it is not simple than it is manmade *grin*
Your daily existence, work, family life & your spirt need not be seperate - when we do this, we feel we are "serving two masters" - and are torn between realities - that is not truth or love.
"In sharing our truth we set ourselves free & others"
Daily mediation is essential. our soul needs that silence so that we may hear. This time also allows us the space to get to know who we are as an individual - getting to know your soul, its purpose, desires, gifts, lessons to learn, healing that has to be done. So much we are blessed with through meditation .
Daily communion with God - create an altar & just spend some time to "be" everyday. Ask how you may serve God.
Time for prayer - asking , this does not mean you quickly rattle of a list of requests before rushing out the door , but time for contemplation. The time for listening is meditation.
Nurturing your body with good food, exercise & lots of love.
Play time, time in nature, creative time - allow creativity to flow.... paint, sing, dance, jog, swim, write, plant in the garden, sew, cook ..
These are all things that can be done as part of daily living - it is important that this is so -
it is not a chore & neither is it something you can do once a week or month or if & when you remember.
It is a way of living, a way of be - ing -
not a way of talking.
What "master" do you choose to serve?

Wecome to May ...
A warm & loving welcome to the month of May.
May has certainly "blossomed" nicely into our lives, the warm sunshine & cloudless skies inviting us to "come out & play."
Which is just what I have been doing more of with my three youngest ... never a dull moment in "their world" & all is so perfectly simple - why do adults get soo boring and makes things sooo complicated *grin*
Our walks in the bluebell woods have grown more magical. A few weeks ago (I belive this is occurring more for myself personally as I become more in alignment & grow in strength with the Earthstar) the children & I had a beautiful afternoon with the fairies ...
I assisted the children in relaxing so that their physical eyes focused less ... & there they were. The children began to describe exactly what I could see & were so delighted! It was a day in my life I will never forget.
It has "opened" up a whole new experince of walking Lulu for us all & we make sure we take plenty of treats with us after one particular fairy had the "hump" as we were empty handed!!
The trials of the "base chakra" seem to be settling, new roots & new choices beginning to bear their fruit ... just as the blossom on the trees gently unfolds, so does life.
I pray this month you will be kind to YOU & take the essential time your soul needs for you to be silent & listen ... & grow
I pray you will allow yourself the time to venture into the "woods" & discover the treasures of pure beauty & joy that are waiting for you ...
And most of all I pray you will look into the mirror each day and see YOU through the eyes of Angels ....

Four days dedicated to you ...
Thank "crunchie" it is Friday *smile* -
Ever have those days where you could just do with resting and focusing on you - releasing all that was, accepting what is and re - charging to move forwards...
From June the 2nd to June the 6th I will be holding a four day retreat assisting you to do just so.
Accommodation and all meals are provided - so no planning required, just you in a car, with the wind in your hair - heading for freedom!!
The four day "journey to the soul" will include basic yoga, crystal bowls, creative art, meditation and healing. You will learn of vital tools to empwer you and assist you in moving through times of change with greater ease than before.
I pray you will come and join me on a new exciting adventure!

Wecome to April ...
An enormous heartfelt welcome to you all & the fantastic month of April x
"Become like children and ye shall enter the kingdom of Heaven" - these words become more truth each moment of each day - as I write to you I am bursting with an energy that can only be described as wonderfully hyper - active. *smile*
The children are out for the day with daddy in the snow but that as not stopped me grabbing my wellies from the garage and having my own manic moment in the garden catching snowflakes on the end of my tongue *grin*
And why not?
As we all become one with nature we will find that the cycles in our lives flow in accordance to the seasons, tides, the moon and the sun ...
And so April brings with it an amazing energy of Spring - and springing into action!!!
It is time to dust off the cobwebs of the winter and watch all the seeds of thought finally blossom into your reality - some of this will naturally occur, as you "allow" it as re - birth, -
some change will need action from you.
It is also to question to what extent in your life do you "practice" the faith and trust of "let go and let God" -
if you are still hanging on to the "stuckness" in life through fear or what ever the reason may be this is when it may start to effect your health, physically, emotionally or mentally - it is the cycle of New - and therefore time to flow with it ...
It is not trust or faith to only let go when the new has arrived - we need to let go of the old first to make room for the new - just as nature does.
WE are amazing beings that can achieve so much with very little effort - just belief, trust and faith.
This was demonstrated to me last week. Katie, Claudia and I went on a "spare of the moment" adventure to London to see Mother Meera.
It was not receiving "darshan" from Mother Meera that made my trip to be honest - it was the energy of belief, trust and faith that I could "see" and feel in the church from the people
- these people were placing all this magnificent energy into an "idol" that IS all that they are - just imagine what humanity could achieve with that belief , faith and trust if they were to place it within themselves .... and the Universe
And so I leave you with that thought and I pray that you see the magnificence in who you are and FEEL it because it is YOU that "allows" change in your life and US that makes a difference to many.

Free Telephone Course
Hi Beautiful Angel Friends - I pray today finds you well and smiling x
For those of you who were in contact last year you may remember I held a few "Angel workshops by phone" to assist in spreading the light of the Angelic Realm further and to those who cannot make sessions in person.
We all had a wonderful time. I personally was amazed at how well the Angels "travel" by phone *smile*
I have been "asked" to hold a FREE course of three weekly telephone sessions for all to assist others through a process of "birthing their light" on this Earthplane and "unblocking" any sub personalties residing in the Sacral and Base chakras.
The course will commence on Wednesday the 16th of April at 7pm. After the teaching and meditation there will be time for questions.
All you need to do is email me of your interest and I will provide the "community" phone number to call and the pin numbers.
I look forward to sharing with you and your Angels by phone, very soon.

Although not a new thought, it is something we need to remember from time to time: Love is truly the most precious quality we have. Deep within the dimensions of our heart is a capacity for higher love. A love that is so pure it makes the angels shudder with joy. There's better to come
I have copied this from Intenders bridge which I received this week, I wanted to share it as I have felt for sometime that the only reason
things seem really 'bad' is because there is better to come, it might seem to take a while to reach you however it's well worth it when it's here.

Follow Your Destiny, Wherever It Leads You
There comes a time in your life when you realise that if you stand still, you will remain at this point forever. You realise that if you fall and stay down, life will pass you by.
Life’s circumstances are not always what you might wish them to be. The pattern of life dose not necessarily go as you plan. Beyond any understanding, you may at times be led in different directions that you never imagined. Dreamed, or designed. Yet if you never put any effort into choosing a path, or tried to carry out your dream, then perhaps you would have no direction at all.
Rather than wondering about or questioning the direction your life has taken, accept the fact that there is a path for you now. Shake off the ‘whys’ and ‘what ifs,’ and rid yourself of confusion. Whatever was – is in the past. Whatever is – is what’s important. The past is a brief reflection. The future is yet to be realised. Today is here.
Walk your pathone step at a time – with courage, faith and determination. Keep your head up and cast your dreams to the stars. Soon your steps will become firm and your footing will be solid again. A path that you never imagined will become the most comfortable direction you could have hoped to follow.

2008 a year of new beginnings, we were told. So much impatience hurled at the Universe that I have read and felt too, as if to say "it's past January the 1st!!"
But it is 2008 all year *smile* and "there is no greater obstacle to God than time."
It feels right for so much to be birthing now - in the lighter energies of spring. I recall much "re - birthing" happened for us last March. Can we therefore expect so much of the winter seasons, when nature herself rests and hibernates, or "dies" lying in wait to be "born" - so many transformations of energies and colours offered to us to drink in and grow with - or against.
The "new" experienced energies of Christ Love filter through beautifully, in such different ways too, I have not yet ever felt or channelled such immensely "different love" that flows in and out in new ways too -
It is for us to drink from this overflowing cup of light and radiate naturally an energy that touches all in that presence - no words spoken. When all is said and done, no action to take, no - thing to offer - all that is of any value is love.
I know I am probably waffling what you are already aware of - but do you practice it, is everything you think, say and do truthfully with love?
On Sunday the children and I walked along the Arundel riverbank and every 100 yards or so, sitting together was a male duck, all magnificent in his handsome feathers and a female duck - silent but definatley not dull.
The children were in complete awe (and to be honest so was I) that these ducks had chosen each other, had fallen in love to the extent that nothing else around them appeared to exist - and even more exciting - wait for it -
They were planning on having chicks!
Love was in the air.
We could feel it, touch it even taste it. How wonderfully innocent and simple that my children learned one of their first lessons in relationships and love from a courting couple of ducks!
So go mad - be "quackers". Be love and let love make your world go round.

A Poem for Mummys
Our Mummy
We both live in awe of your beauty, your face is a joy to behold.
You've a 'naughty but nice' sense of humour, warm-hearted and loving, ne'er cold.
Your eyes are deep pools of knowing, you are always peaceful and calm.
You give of yourself without taking; you protect us and keep us from harm.
You show so much love to your children, a love that is selfless and true.
You are the Mummy that we both adore, no one cares for us like you do.
There are times when you're tired and hungry, but we always come first from the start.
Always room on your lap when we're sleepy, always room in your generous heart.
You miss us if we're not here with you; you hate us to be out of sight.
You are there at the time of our waking, and you tuck us in, kiss us goodnight.
You bath us and wrap us and dry us, a 'huggle' to calm all our fears.
You mop up our spills when we're clumsy and wipe away all our tears.

A Mothers Love
A little boy came up to his mother in the kitchen one evening while she was fixing supper, and handed her a piece of paper that he had been writing on. After his Mom dried her hands on an apron, she read it, and this is what it said:
For cutting the grass: $5.00
For cleaning up my room this week: $1.00
For going to the store for you: $.50
Baby-sitting my kid brother while you went shopping: $.25
Taking out the garbage: $1.00
For getting a good report card: $5.00
For cleaning up and raking the yard: $2.00
Total owed: $14.75
Well, his mother looked at him standing there, and the boy could see the memories flashing through her mind. She picked up the pen, turned over the paper he'd written on, and this is what she wrote:
For the nine months I carried you while you were growing inside me: No Charge
For all the nights that I've sat up with you, doctored and prayed for you: No Charge
For all the trying times, and all the tears that you've caused through the years: No Charge
For all the nights that were filled with dread, and for the worries I knew were ahead: No Charge For the toys, food, clothes, and even wiping your nose: No Charge
Son, when you add it up, the cost of my love is: No Charge.
When the boy finished reading what his mother had written, there were big tears in his eyes, and he looked straight at his mother and said, "Mom, I sure do love you." And then he took the pen and in great big letters he wrote: "PAID IN FULL".

The Power of Affirmations
‘Greetings from Orin and DaBen
We greet you with a transmission of light meant just for you, to assist you in taking the next steps on your path. Or, you may want to take a quantum leap, such as to awaken your intuitive abilities and your light body, to become a channel, or to find your soul-mate. One way is to create positive statements about what you want, stated in the present tense, such as, "I am now financially independent and free." As you say these positive statements, called "affirmations," you will begin to create them as your reality. We have included many affirmations in this newsletter for you to use. We encourage you to discover your own as well.
Invent wonderful new thoughts and possibilities for yourself; dare to think big and affirm that your dreams can be your reality. Be playful and have fun as you think of new affirmations! Watch what you say to yourself and others, and listen to people as they speak. When you hear something negative, mentally change it into a positive statement.
If you are having trouble imagining a positive reality, make a list of all the reasons why you can't create the reality you want. Then make these into positive statements about why you can manifest the reality you want.
If you can't identify what thoughts are creating your reality, ask your Higher Self and soul to bring them to your awareness so you can change them. Be alert and pay attention to your thoughts, and revise them to reflect the reality you want to create.
Thoughts are easy to change, but it takes persistence to not fall back into old ways of thinking. Don't get discouraged if you catch old, negative thoughts recurring. Simply replace them with the new thoughts you have created. Write down your favorite affirmations, and post them somewhere you will see them. Keep repeating these positive thoughts until you think in new ways automatically. We send you light as you create your new reality.’

Messages within chakras
The gifts of exploring the spiritual self always seems to surprise me in new and wonderful ways.
As I was meditation with colour, I had the inner whisper that one of my chakras had something to share with me. I let my awareness drift until I settled on my sacral chakra. There coming up from a beautiful orange jewel was the top of a ladder. I ‘saw’ myself climb down, going deeper until I came to a bright orange floor shining brightly. I felt very safe and secure.
A spectral then floated over to me, very tall, dark and hooded. It told me that it was fear, fear that I had chosen to stay with me so that I could grow up feeling it, and life challenges would arise to give me opportunities for my inner strength to shine through.
I felt love and gratitude for the help it had given me, though it had felt like an enemy. Sine I no longer let it influence my decisions; it doesn’t need to be a part of me anymore. It shrunk in size as I held it in the palm of my hand and blew it away with love, awesome.
For a while now I’ve been very comfortable with the belief that all the answers we seek are within us. When we are ready and have learnt all we need to from a feeling or a situation, it naturally passes leaving us with the gifts we have gained.

Some people unconsciously believe it’s not okay to feel more joyful than the people around them. Out of a mistaken sense of caring, they squelch their joy and tune in to the sadness of the one they are with.

Affirmations
Hi all x
Im working with Affirmations and they are bringing so much into my life.I have been using the "You can heal your life affirmation kit" by Louise L. Hay (Hay house).Its a wonderful pack with guidebook,affirmation cards,cd and an easel with magnetic words so you can create your own affirmations.Im really having fun with it and would definately reccommend it for those new or working with affirmations.
I picked one for today "I express love, and I always attract love wherever I go."

Unfolding
Dear All
The word unfolding keeps appearing in my mind and has done over the
past month. So I put the word into the computer just now and came
across this.......... it is so beautiful and so meaningful to me and
may be to you I thought I would share it..
UNFOLDING THE ROSE

A young, new preacher was walking with an older, more seasoned
preacher in the garden one day and feeling a bit insecure about what
God had for him to do, he was inquiring of the older preacher. The
older preacher walked up to a rosebush and handed the young preacher a
rosebud and told him to open it without tearing off any petals.
The young preacher looked in disbelief at the older preacher and was
trying to figure out what a rosebud could possibly have to do with his
wanting to know the will of God for his life and for his ministry.
Because of his high respect for the older preacher, he proceeded to try
to unfold the rose, while keeping every petal. Noticing the younger
preacher's inability to unfold the rosebud while keeping it intact, the
older preacher began to recite the following poem...
UNFOLDING THE ROSE.
It is only a tiny rosebud,
A flower of God's design;
But I cannot unfold the petals
With these clumsy hands of mine.
The secret of unfolding flowers
Is not known to such as I.
GOD opens this flower so sweetly,
When in my hands they fade and die.
If I cannot unfold a rosebud,
This flower of God's design,
Then how can I think I have wisdom
To unfold this life of mine?
So I'll trust in Him for His leading
Each moment of every day.
I will look to him for His guidance
Each step of the pilgrim way.
The pathway that lies before me,
Only my Heavenly Father knows.
I'll trust Him to unfold the moments,

I also have to say that at yoga on Tuesday we unfolded a rose in

UNFOLDING THE ROSE

A young, new preacher was walking with an older, more seasoned
preacher in the garden one day and feeling a bit insecure about what
God had for him to do, he was inquiring of the older preacher. The
older preacher walked up to a rosebush and handed the young preacher a
rosebud and told him to open it without tearing off any petals.
The young preacher looked in disbelief at the older preacher and was
trying to figure out what a rosebud could possibly have to do with his
wanting to know the will of God for his life and for his ministry.
Because of his high respect for the older preacher, he proceeded to try
to unfold the rose, while keeping every petal. Noticing the younger
preacher's inability to unfold the rosebud while keeping it intact, the
older preacher began to recite the following poem...
UNFOLDING THE ROSE.
It is only a tiny rosebud,
A flower of God's design;
But I cannot unfold the petals
With these clumsy hands of mine.
The secret of unfolding flowers
Is not known to such as I.
GOD opens this flower so sweetly,
When in my hands they fade and die.
If I cannot unfold a rosebud,
This flower of God's design,
Then how can I think I have wisdom
To unfold this life of mine?
So I'll trust in Him for His leading
Each moment of every day.
I will look to him for His guidance
Each step of the pilgrim way.
The pathway that lies before me,
Only my Heavenly Father knows.
I'll trust Him to unfold the moments,
Just as He unfolds the rose.
I also have to say that at yoga on Tuesday we unfolded a rose in
meditation!!!!!

Latest Energy Alert
Greetings!
We are currently in the process of “going through the tunnel” to the “other side,” in the midst of the birth canal, or in a massive transition, whichever definition you choose.
This phase of the process is vitally necessary, but is also an important validation as well that we are indeed poised to enter a very new world and reality very soon.
Just like babies entering the birth canal, or individuals experiencing the “tunnel” of a near death experience, we are most assuredly going through the same.
We are leaving one reality, after our roles of transmuting the denser energies have now been completed for this latest round (and a long round it was!), and may now find ourselves “in between.” No longer living in the old world reality, with a complete and total severance, it can, at times, feel like we are not here nor there. But even though, we may have a sense that a very new beginning, with an excitement in the air, is on the very near horizon.
Many of us are at different points of this tunnel or transition. Some have already landed completely and are finished with the transition and out of the tunnel, and others are in the midst of the transition, still seeking clarity and a sense of place.
Symptoms of tunnel travel? Intense muscle aches, sinus pressure and headaches, deep body pain, ringing in the ears, nausea, intestinal distress, coughing and chest congestion, feelings of pressure or toxicity in the body, insomnia, a feeling that absolutely nowhere feels right or comfortable, and a wondering where oh where home might now be, with seemingly nowhere else left to go, or nowhere left that seems to “fit.”
We are indeed letting go and releasing the intensely challenging experience of purging and transmuting so may of the denser energies that seemed to embody nearly all of 2007, and it can take awhile to complete this process. But before we enter yet another higher realm or reality, we must be indeed free and clear of any baggage or leftover energies from the long process that 2007 brought to us.
Having successfully transmuted so many denser energies of the past, much was accomplished. Many, many more of the lower vibrating energies were captured during 2007. Thus, much more of the planet was affected and carried forward. It was a truly awesome and monumental experience.
And now, we are this close to setting foot on new land. The month of January is a good time for tying up loose ends, for taking care of old business that we had not had time to attend to, and for finalizing all those last details that are necessary in order for us to move forward into a new reality. And with a Mercury retrograde due to arrive on January 28th, this process will be supported even further into February, even though we will still have the opportunity to begin very new lives during this time as well.
If you are one who is experiencing muscle pain, shoulder and neck tightness and pain, headaches, and most any of the symptoms mentioned earlier in this energy alert, know that when you get through this transition tunnel, these symptoms simply vanish and you will feel better than you have felt in a very long time. A lightness will engulf you, and you will feel as if you have let go of all the burdens you have ever carried, as if you had dis-connected from an old reality of struggle and pain, and suddenly burst into a reality of light, joy, pleasure, a deep contentedness, and a knowing that all your needs will always be met with no effort required.
The discomfort is part of the final release process. Just as an individual releases all of the remnants of his/her human experience in one fell swoop when they go through the dying process in the old 3D reality, we are now experiencing a great release before we enter a higher dimension. Only with the ascension process, we are dying while we are alive, so this process occurs in smaller segments. None-the-less, the current leap we are now experiencing is a substantial one indeed.
There are many dimensional portals in the area where I currently live in New Mexico. And access to them is set up in a very interesting way. The most evident access to the most substantial portal attracts all kinds of energies, as many different forms are attracted to this opening and seem to want entry. There is also much darkness there, and all these energies seem to bottleneck at the most evident entry point, wanting to get in and bumping into each other. In addition, much of anything is turned away, as the ugliness and darkness serves to discourage and re-route all those who feel inclined to enter.
Our temporary rental house is near the entrance to this portal. It is common to see cars drive up our street and then turn around, so the energies are creating this scenario at all levels. Each time I venture to take a walk into this area, I am severely warned to leave and turn back, as the area is so condensed with dark energies which are stuck there, seeking entry.
But this is a grand plan that is all so very intentional. These entry areas to higher dimensions are deliberately set up to appear as ugly and dark, so that most will be repulsed, fooled, and turn back. And if one tries to access a higher dimension through this portal by sheer will, intention, or force, they will most assuredly have a very unpleasant experience.
But once on the other side, it is a completely different story and it can be difficult to ever leave once one arrives. It is a reality and energy so removed from the old world and mainstream creations, that one would think they have truly arrived in heaven on earth. I tell you this because it is all so similar to what most of us have recently experienced. We must go through the darkness to arrive in heaven, but we go through it in a way that is not forced, intentional, or which comes from an ego’s desire.
We arrive by allowing, transmuting, letting go of our arrogance, and having this experience seemingly not even be our own idea. It comes though a gentle acceptance, a willingness to let go of all we are being encouraged to let go of, and a deep trust that we are being guided to the perfect place and the perfect circumstances for our next level of existence, even though we may not consciously know what that is.
I am reminded of one of my favorite Carrie Underwood songs, All-American Girl:
Since the day he got married,
He’d been praying for a little baby boy
Someone he could take fishin’ throw the football,
And be his pride and joy
He could already see him,
Holding that trophy taking his team to state
But when the nurse came in with a little pink blanket,
All those big dreams changed and…
Now he’s wrapped around her finger,
She’s the center of his whole world,
And his heart belongs to that sweet little
Beautiful, wonderful, perfect All-American girl.
When Oprah Winfrey was approached with an offer for a television talk show, she was not really interested. It was not in her plan. She resisted. But after she eventually took the plunge and did it, she said doing it felt “just like breathing.”
At times, Source, or our souls seem to know more than we consciously do in regard to what is best for us. And when we arrive at this new place, we may indeed seem uncomfortable at first, as it is so very new. This is because we have let go of so much of the old, and a very new fit has now arrived for us. But if we can know and accept that this very new home is as perfect as it can be, and the best fit for our new selves and our new reality, and if we can trust that it will in time indeed be right for us, we can then experience more joy, love, ecstasy, and contentment than we have ever known.
The familiar is gone. We have evolved beyond it. Our old comfort zones can no longer be. Being willing to let go of our old groves and securities can only serve to allow us through the gates of this very new reality.
There are those who have been preparing for their strongest desires for a long time. They have been waiting for the right time, even though they may not have been consciously aware of this. They may have experienced false starts, sputtering and seemingly getting nowhere for quite awhile, as their desires had run so deep, were so innate, for such a very long time, that they could not understand why they were not manifesting. “After all, wasn’t it my life purpose here?”
There are those whose wildest dreams would not seem to manifest, but after much release of mis-perceptions and ego desires through the process of the past few years, these desires may have changed or become clarified.
But we are now ready to manifest our deepest desires. Finally, oh finally. The time has come. It is time for all we have ever wanted to arrive for us. It is time for our dreams to come true. We no longer need to embody that sense that we are trying to get somewhere, arrive at a destination, get everyone on board through healing and teaching, and the like. Those days are over (although these methods will still be utilized by some to assist those still in transition and who are at varying levels).
We are now indeed at a very new plateau and in a very new reality on planet Earth. We have entered a new playground of experience. We get to create, play with energy, and manifest whatever we want with no interference.
Some may be so accustomed to being dictated to, that this new freedom may not be comfortable. Like a dog who has been on a chain its entire life, and now set free to explore all he desires, this new change may be too much of a shock. For these individuals, it may be a matter of reclaiming one’s true power. But for those who have already come to a point of knowing their true power, this time will be an awesome one indeed.
Many new babies are being born right now. They are coming to experience the new planet Earth. They know that the coast is now clear. They are arriving in masses. They come with great strength, giggles, and awesome dreams for creating and sustaining a new reality. They will serve to sustain the shift and to embody these higher energies. They are a part of the new. They are a very new breed than ever before. We are now over a great hurdle of evolution, and these new little ones will make sure this new plateau remains intact and stabilized. They are very aware and know exactly what they are doing.
They will insist on a new reality, and accept nothing less. They are very firm indeed. They will serve as the founders for a phase that is yet to arrive. They represent a very new wave. And it is a big one. They are choosing to be born at the time of new beginnings, as this time carries a very new energy that they resonate with, and it is this ray or level of vibration that they can access easily.
While these new little ones and our other children are creating the new, many of us baby boomers will get to finally retire, and simply enjoy the pleasures of a new playground of creation. We can rest, be taken care of, create lives of our dreams, and reap the rewards of a great plan accomplished.
What is your deepest desire, you fondest dream, your heaven on Earth? What joy will you choose to experience? What responsibilities will you finally be ready to let go of? What kind of peace will you know? What does it look like? Will you be ready and willing to experience a great change?

A story of faith
This prayer touched me deeply
Isaiah 65:24
This beautiful story was written by a doctor who worked in South Africa ...
One night I had worked hard to help a mother in the labour ward; but in spite of all we could do, she died leaving us with a tiny premature baby and a crying two-year-old daughter. We would have difficulty keeping the baby alive; as we had no incubator (we had no electricity to run an incubator).
We also had no special feeding facilities. Although we lived on the equator, nights were often chilly with treacherous drafts. One student midwife went for the box we had for such babies and the cotton wool that the baby would be wrapped in.
Another went to stoke up the fire and fill a hot water bottle. She came back shortly in distress to tell me that in filling the bottle, it had burst(rubber perishes easily in tropical climates). "And it is our last hot water bottle!" she exclaimed. As in the West, it is no good crying over spilled milk, so in Central Africa it might be considered no good crying over burst water bottles. They do not grow on trees, and there are no drugstores down forest pathways.
"All right," I said, "put the baby as near the fire as you safely can, and sleep between the baby and the door to keep it free from drafts. Your job is to keep the baby warm."
The following noon, as I did most days, I went to have prayers with any of the orphanage children who chose to gather with me. I gave the youngsters various suggestions of things to pray about and told them about the tiny baby. I explained our problem about keeping the baby warm enough, mentioning the hot water bottle, and that the baby could so easily die if it got chills. I also told them of the two-year-old sister, crying because her mother had died.
During prayer time, one ten-year old girl, Ruth, prayed with the usual blunt conciseness of our African children. "Please, God" she prayed, "Send us a hot water bottle today. It'll be no good tomorrow, God, as the baby will be dead, so please send it this afternoon."
While I gasped inwardly at the audacity of the prayer, she added, "And while you are about it, would you please send a dolly for the little girl so she'll know you really love her?"
As often with children's prayers, I was put on the spot. Could I honestly say, "Amen". I just did not believe that God could do this. Oh, yes, I know that He can do everything, the Bible says so. But there are limits, aren't there? The only way God could answer this particular prayer would be by sending me a parcel from the homeland. I had been in Africa for almost four years at that time, and I had never, ever, received a parcel from home.
Anyway, if anyone did send me a parcel, who would put in a hot water bottle?
I lived on the equator!
Halfway through the afternoon, while I was teaching in the nurses’ training school, a message was sent that there was a car at my front door.
By the time I reached home, the car had gone, but there, on the verandah, was a large twenty-two pound parcel. I felt tears pricking my eyes. I could not open the parcel alone, so I sent for the orphanage children.
Together we pulled off the string, carefully undoing each knot. We folded the paper, taking care not to tear it unduly. Excitement was mounting. Some thirty or forty pairs of eyes were focused on the large cardboard box.
From the top, I lifted out brightly colored, knitted jerseys. Eyes Sparkled as I gave them out. Then there were the knitted bandages for the leprosy patients, and the children looked a little bored. Then came a box of mixed raisins and sultanas - that would make a batch of buns for the weekend.
Then, as I put my hand in again, I felt the.....could it really be? I grasped it and pulled it out yes, a brand new, rubber hot water bottle. I cried. I had not asked God to send it; I had not truly believed that He could.
Ruth was in the front row of the children. She rushed forward, crying out, if God has sent the bottle, He must have sent the dolly too!" Rummaging down to the bottom of the box, she pulled out the small, beautifully dressed dolly. Her eyes shone! She had never doubted! Looking up at me, she asked: "Can I go over with you and give this dolly to that little girl, so she'll know that Jesus really loves her?" Of course, I replied!
That parcel had been on the way for five whole months. Packed up by my former Sunday school class, whose leader had heard and obeyed God's prompting to send a hot water bottle, even to the equator. And one of the girls had put in a dolly for an African child - five months before, in answer to the believing prayer of a ten-year-old to bring it "that afternoon."
"Before they call, I will answer" (Isaiah 65:24)
When you receive this, say the prayer, that's all you have to do. No strings attached. Just send it on to whomever you want - but do send it on. There is no cost but a lot of rewards. Let's continue praying for one another.
This awesome prayer takes less than a minute: “Heavenly Father, I ask you to bless my friends reading this. I ask You to minister to their spirit. Where there is pain, give them Your peace and mercy. Where there is self doubting, release a renewed confidence to work through them. Where there is tiredness, or exhaustion, I ask You to give them understanding, guidance, and strength as they learn submission to Your leading. Where there is spiritual stagnation, I ask You to renew them by revealing Your nearness, and by drawing them into greater intimacy with You. Where there is fear, reveal Your love, and release to them Your courage. Where there is something blocking them, reveal it and break its hold over my friend's life. Bless their finances, give them greater vision, and friends to support and encourage them. Give each of them discernment to recognize the negative forces around them, and reveal to them the power they have in You to defeat it. I ask You to do these things in Jesus' name. Amen”

Isaiah 65:24
This beautiful story was written by a doctor who worked in South Africa ...
One night I had worked hard to help a mother in the labour ward; but in spite of all we could do, she died leaving us with a tiny premature baby and a crying two-year-old daughter. We would have difficulty keeping the baby alive; as we had no incubator (we had no electricity to run an incubator).
We also had no special feeding facilities. Although we lived on the equator, nights were often chilly with treacherous drafts. One student midwife went for the box we had for such babies and the cotton wool that the baby would be wrapped in.
Another went to stoke up the fire and fill a hot water bottle. She came back shortly in distress to tell me that in filling the bottle, it had burst(rubber perishes easily in tropical climates). "And it is our last hot water bottle!" she exclaimed. As in the West, it is no good crying over spilled milk, so in Central Africa it might be considered no good crying over burst water bottles. They do not grow on trees, and there are no drugstores down forest pathways.
"All right," I said, "put the baby as near the fire as you safely can, and sleep between the baby and the door to keep it free from drafts. Your job is to keep the baby warm."
The following noon, as I did most days, I went to have prayers with any of the orphanage children who chose to gather with me. I gave the youngsters various suggestions of things to pray about and told them about the tiny baby. I explained our problem about keeping the baby warm enough, mentioning the hot water bottle, and that the baby could so easily die if it got chills. I also told them of the two-year-old sister, crying because her mother had died.
During prayer time, one ten-year old girl, Ruth, prayed with the usual blunt conciseness of our African children. "Please, God" she prayed, "Send us a hot water bottle today. It'll be no good tomorrow, God, as the baby will be dead, so please send it this afternoon."
While I gasped inwardly at the audacity of the prayer, she added, "And while you are about it, would you please send a dolly for the little girl so she'll know you really love her?"
As often with children's prayers, I was put on the spot. Could I honestly say, "Amen". I just did not believe that God could do this. Oh, yes, I know that He can do everything, the Bible says so. But there are limits, aren't there? The only way God could answer this particular prayer would be by sending me a parcel from the homeland. I had been in Africa for almost four years at that time, and I had never, ever, received a parcel from home.
Anyway, if anyone did send me a parcel, who would put in a hot water bottle?
I lived on the equator!
Halfway through the afternoon, while I was teaching in the nurses’ training school, a message was sent that there was a car at my front door.
By the time I reached home, the car had gone, but there, on the verandah, was a large twenty-two pound parcel. I felt tears pricking my eyes. I could not open the parcel alone, so I sent for the orphanage children.
Together we pulled off the string, carefully undoing each knot. We folded the paper, taking care not to tear it unduly. Excitement was mounting. Some thirty or forty pairs of eyes were focused on the large cardboard box.
From the top, I lifted out brightly colored, knitted jerseys. Eyes Sparkled as I gave them out. Then there were the knitted bandages for the leprosy patients, and the children looked a little bored. Then came a box of mixed raisins and sultanas - that would make a batch of buns for the weekend.
Then, as I put my hand in again, I felt the.....could it really be? I grasped it and pulled it out yes, a brand new, rubber hot water bottle. I cried. I had not asked God to send it; I had not truly believed that He could.
Ruth was in the front row of the children. She rushed forward, crying out, if God has sent the bottle, He must have sent the dolly too!" Rummaging down to the bottom of the box, she pulled out the small, beautifully dressed dolly. Her eyes shone! She had never doubted! Looking up at me, she asked: "Can I go over with you and give this dolly to that little girl, so she'll know that Jesus really loves her?" Of course, I replied!
That parcel had been on the way for five whole months. Packed up by my former Sunday school class, whose leader had heard and obeyed God's prompting to send a hot water bottle, even to the equator. And one of the girls had put in a dolly for an African child - five months before, in answer to the believing prayer of a ten-year-old to bring it "that afternoon."
"Before they call, I will answer" (Isaiah 65:24)
When you receive this, say the prayer, that's all you have to do. No strings attached. Just send it on to whomever you want - but do send it on. There is no cost but a lot of rewards. Let's continue praying for one another.

Every step I take brings me closer to the realization of my dreams
I am taking part in Judi Moreo's Achieve your dreams virtual book tour, I was a little...was going to say worried, but it's not worry, I suppose I was apprehensive about living up to an expectation, however I have realised the expectation are my own thoughts which have manifested through beliefs which are not my own.
So now I am aware of the expectation I have placed on myself, I chose to let it go.
I realise I do not need to fit in with what is considered "normal" behaviour or the way things ‘should’ be done. Should is a word I have removed from my vocabulary so if I refer to the ‘S’ word in the future I hope you understand.
I realise am free to be me and make my own choices, it's been a little difficult getting to this place (as I have shared in previous post's) as at the moment I still "put on someone else's coat" occasionally and think it's mine -what I mean is, think and do things I don't really believe in from the heart- out of habit...it takes a while after 40 years to let them go...I am aware so for me that’s a step in the right direction.
I'm starting a 24 hour detox today lets see if I can detox my mind too.
I have come a long way especially since giving up my job in July ‘07, at times things seem so different, there have been times when I am not really sure of who I am, that in between space between old and new, this can be scary and what I know is it’s important to have faith that 'every where we are is exactly where we are meant to be' and we are supported by heaven and earth.
I feel I am closer to the new as I am feeling less in the space and lost, and closer to my heaven on earth.

What I have in my life now has been created by my thoughts from the past, I have unlimited potential to create all my desires, my heaven on earth and so it is for the highest good of all xxx

January's Message from the Angels
Every other Wednesday evening myself and the rest of the Sanctuary of Angels team meditate at the same time to ensure our energies work as a whole, to send healing to all of humanity and any other requested prayers -
On the 2nd of January as we sat in our separate homes an incredible energy raised up from the lands and entered my base chakra - I was asked to give this message to you -
Over the past months there has been much stripping of layers on a spiritual level as a mass, this has been for some emotionally challenging and exhausting.
The result has been that you as a whole are now able to "hold" a much greater light and vibration -
This now needs to co - exist with earthly energies meaning the Earth star needs strength, balancing and harmonizing with all chakras but in particular the heart.
It is time for humanity to drink in from the land, to trust that the lands are strong enough to support, nurture and nourish you. Just as trust as been built for the Heavens, it needs to be built in the lands. Thus creating Heaven on Earth. Thus allowing humanity to create their soul purpose and for the lands to support that purpose.
The earth is not weak, it has gone through transformation too, change as you have done. It needs humanity to have trust in it to build its strength - you feed it light but do you really allow yourself to drink in as much from Earth as you do Heaven - no, you do not, for the Earth is seen as weak when it is not. It can only be a reflection of the strength and love of the heavens if humanity allows it to be.
So drink now from the lands children.
A new love has awoken in Mother Earth as it has in you, allow her to feed this to you, to nourish you, support you and nurture you. Trust all your needs will be met and so it will be. If you see her as fragile, so she will be.
All things break down and disperse for change to occur, for the grids of love to awaken in the earthplane this has had to happen, just as it has in you.
Align your heart with the Heart of the Earth, she will support your pathway.

Magic in the sand ...
A couple of months ago in a creative art session at University, we were each given a tray of sand.
At first this felt a little odd - 35 years old and playing with a tray of sand. But as I began to silence the mindless chatter in my head and just "feel" the sand running through my fingers I began to relax and just let the sand take me where ever I was meant to "be" in that moment.
After getting to know our sand, we were given the task of creating a scene in our present lives using a whole bookcase of toys that had been collected - small figurines, cars, animals, treasure chests, plastic trees, houses - you name it, it was on the shelve.
Without much thought at all, I collected six figures, one was me, one my husband, the other four each of my children. I also collected a bridge and returned to the tray to create the scene.
I placed "myself" in the sand - I had chosen a princess as my daughter and she stood beside me. I had three green army solders each one a Son and I placed them around "me" - they were protecting me - I then divided the sand into two parts, a huge rift between the two sides of sand. Over this rift I placed the bridge and then the other side of the sand I placed the figure which represented my husband -
I found this very upsetting - the children had grown with me (again), in my "light" over the year and we had "crossed a bridge" - and in doing so left my husband behind. I knew I could not go back to "collect" him, for he needed to cross if and when it was right for him and I also knew I could not return to where He was - I had moved on.
The feelings that went with this scene were so great that I could not even move the figures to see if either "party" crossing the bridge was an option - it clearly was not and I felt very stuck. I was able to see too that my husband was stuck, alone and that my children seemed to be defensive towards him, protecting me.
We were sent off for lunch, leaving the scene behind in the sand tray - it haunted my lunch hour and I knew I had not completed what had to be done -
On returning to the sand - a whole story and adventure began. So many words and feelings flowed that I had to grab paper and pen to write each scene down that unfolded. Tears were had, empathy was explored for each character, a new level of understanding for each person and all current life situations - it was quite an afternoon!
The end scene in the sand was of all the figures together on a hill, made of sand - an ocean of sand at the bottom of the hill.
There was a Christmas tree - for now in the sand every day was Christmas, there were horses in fields and a large "toy" farmhouse. A treasure chest as a symbol of abundance was under the Christmas Tree.
The scene was truly beautiful - a reflection of how I wished for all relationships in my family to be, with our own home and lands for us to grow and play in - every day being Christmas!
Now remember at the start of the day I had created in the sand a scene that was "stuck" - I could not see how to change my current relationships at home - but through the day and in the magic of sand - a story was told,, an adventure unfolded and a fairy tale ending was created.
My relationship with my husband was again at a crossroads - a time of new choices - where people and things have to leave or change -
I forced myself to move beyond the boundaries my life was presenting me and created my "dream" - my chosen reality in the sand -
I returned home that evening not knowing at all if or how my sandplay would effect my life. To be honest I did not expect anything to happen at all.
Without me "doing" anything our relationships changed within three days of the magical sand play - I cannot begin to put into words how different my relationship is with my husband except say how wonderful it is to feel "in love" every day again.
I now know that for us as a family unit to live in harmony - it does not come WHEN we have the house we desire or the time for play - we need to have harmony, love and play first so that our home is in alignment with our energies and can with complete ease and grace enter our life.
