During this busy and potentially stressful time of year it is easy to get knocked off your center. How do we get back on track? Easy. When you're standing in line or in traffic or doing a multitude of other things, stop wishing you were somewhere else and doing something else. Just be willing to BE in the present moment, whatever that moment shows up as. And don't forget to breathe.

Balance ...

If calamity befalls us, we're ready, without complaint.

As our world goes through its changes leading us to a golden age of manifestation, you will see many people around you who are having a difficult time adapting. During this time of letting go, our values will shift. In many instances, the homeless and those who have had the least in our culture will surface to be the ones who are the teachers, for they will have already gotten used to being without the fancy things of life.


Conversely, those who have been living off the fat of the land may be the most challenging to be around, and you will see many of them complaining loudly because they aren't getting all of the things they've become accustomed to having. How you act or react to these people is up to you, however your best tack is to remain calm and centered regardless of what is going on around you. In this way, you not only set a good example for your troubled brothers and sisters, you also enjoy an added benefit: you'll be healthier. For it a great truth that those who complain are more apt to attract physical challenges to themselves, while those who can hold their emotional balance in times of change are strengthened.

Something to think about - from me x

I have been guided to speak with you of my recent journey of "self value".

Earlier this year I wrote to you of the importance of self value and how I personally had integrated an essence of value in my life by listening to my own needs and doing my best to fulfill them, recognising it was not the "job" of others to fulfill them for me.

I spoke of fresh flowers I place by my bedside, the dedicated time I allow myself to meditate daily - just simple things that placed value on who I am and how I feel about me, really.
It is so easy on a day to day basis as a parent, partner, therapist and so on, to place other people's needs above our own, telling ourselves and the Universe that other people and their needs are of greater importance and of greater value.

There comes a time in everyone's life where we have to learn to be our own parent. This again I have spoken of before and tried to assist that understanding by explaining we need to learn to love, nurture and value ourselves as much as our own children/loved ones. We also need to re - evaluate beliefs of "value" that we learnt then that may not be suitable now - like "you have to work hard to get any where in the world." "That is not good enough" ...

This is problay one of the most difficult things we have to learn. On a whole, the majority of people I have met have not been in balance with this area (because I haven't) - wonderful, kind, loving people who give endlessly to others even when they are feeling tired, exhausted and basically - well crappy!

Why is this?

Since November the 11th I again have been taken back to the greatest dephts of my soul. Releasing, remembering and embracing parts of myself. And this time behind an angry, protective and rightfully so - defensive 8 year old, I found a lost, vulnerable 4 year old "me".
The memories found there are not for me to share, that time is not now but what I did find is that she felt under - valued, unworthy of anything "pretty" , fearfull and confused beyond confusion as to what love is.

In the Here and Now, nearly 36 "me" values who she is and maintains daily that she feels of value firstly to herself and then to others-

And yet when there is a "forgotten" part of ourselves that does not FEEL as the adult does in the Now, we are not in true alignment - and the messages sent out to the Universe and the Angelic Realm are mis - interpretated.

Many of you I am sure have read or watched "The Secret" - as wonderful as the information shared is, it speaks very much of your thoughts in the Now and how they create your reality - this is true BUT for example when there is a 35 year old with "her" thoughts and yet within a 4 year old with conflicting thoughts, the reality will still present the "under valued" sub personality -

Our life reflects what we need to heal

I am trying my best to put this into words and I pray that you will feel, hear and digest what is right for you.

The Angels have spoken to me of the importance of self value as now is a time of immense new energies that are on the "brim" of birthing - BUT we have to feel of value as a "whole" - not just who you are today in the Now but you as a baby, you as a toddler, you as a school child, you as a teenager, you as an adult and so on ...

I completely appreciate the "mountain" of learning self value. Those of us who were not "parented" and nurtured with love and compassion as children will not know how to parent ourselves. We can be very good, well - amazing - at parenting others and placing all their needs before our own - but because we have not received for ourselves from a young age and from people who played a huge "role" in our lives, it has just not been "learnt" - we will need to return to that space of time, heal it and learn to be our own loving parent and protector.

It is also recognising that you have been parenting yourself all your life but more than likely repeating how you were parented rather than how you would have liked or should have been parented - until we heal and review how we treat ourselves , we will treat oursleves as our parents did and maybe still do.

The "mountain" I can ensure you is worth more than any price tag I can possibly name.
In recent meditations I have "spoken" with the 4 year old on many occasions . I listen to her with love not criticism. I have asked her to speak loudly so that I can no longer ignore her needs...

She loves wearing red - hated all those yukky green dresses - she tells me off if I wear black everyday - she wanted to be an ice - skater, so I am now taking ice - skating lessons and LOVING IT!. I laugh so much more, I am learning to ignore all boundaries placed around "play" and that is truly wonderful - I CAN paint and I can draw. And my closest relationships have changed beyond recognition - people hear me because I hear me - I feel respected, valued and loved. My needs are being met! My inner world creating my reality.

The most beautiful moment from all of this was when "she" showed me a pink wooden fairy castle in meditation - I decided I would ask my husband to build it- poor bloke! The next day while Christmas shopping, there in the Early Learning Center was the exact pink wooden castle - I bought it - I bought it with out guilt and I did not return it the next day.

I bought it for her. The lost, vulnerable and under valued girl in me, who has now spoken, been heard and believed!!

The castle is a symbol. A symbol of my love for her, the beauty she is - and a symbol of "our" wholeness and healing - For I am her castle.

Welcome to December ...

Welcome to December's newsletter.I pray today the light not only shines upon on you but also glows within you.

From November the 11th the energies have I feel, been thick and dense as layers of older than old have been bought to the surface for recognition, healing and releasement. This has caused much chaos on the external life , not only for people personally but in society also.

And yet there was always light in that "darkness" - the Angels have shown me that although the healing that has been occurring has been difficult to experience, our individual light and our light as people was and is strong enough to move it's way though the darkness.

We do need to recognise and celebrate the strength we are and have become and the light that we are and have become - all healing occurs because we are ready for that "lesson" - we do have free will of course and may choose to wallow, or shove it down again for another day - which I personally feel is a great shame because if we choose to FEEL what needs healing and move with it - the energy after the healing is fantastic. and this is how we grow and evolve into all that WE are.

There is always light at the end of the tunnel - and always a greater light than the "tunnel" before.

I am glad to say that over the past week I have felt the energy changing, becoming less dense.
Today I feel very excited, like an over active child on cherry drops *smile*. Tomorrow, the 12th of the 12th month brings a new portal - the Angels showed me yesterday a huge symbolic door and it was almost completely open - they said that through this door all our goals, visions and dreams will be created but we have to "believe" that in our "wholeness".

We are reminded at this time of year that it is the season of Goodwill and most importantly with the current energy shifts - the season of JOY. On the welcome page of Sanctuary of Angels last week the message was -To engage in fun lifts your vibrations and brings the Angelic realm into your heart - the Angels ask that we do not allow our light to be dampened by the "chaos" of external life - to know this is energy breaking up and "moving" - go into yourselves often and connect with your light and spread your light with a smile, with a hug, with a laugh and with a Christmas cracker joke *smile*.

Things will move with greater ease if we do not struggle against or wallow but lift our energy and allow life to flow -
We are also asked that tomorrow at 12.00 (midday) that as many "like hearted" people connect with each other through meditation and radiate that light., lifting the vibration for the Highest Good of All

art 4 africa

My daughter Sunnie (8 years old) was sitting at the table one Sunday – as she does- busy with art but this time it was different – she was creating beautiful pieces of art saying she was going to sell them on a table in our drive and that the money was going to pay for children in Africa –

Well I could not let such a wonderful loving and creative idea go to waste – so with some help from a friend, Sunnie now has a website selling art 4 africa. http://www.art4africa.co.uk The boys and the children at the ;little angels club have been busy creating too –

On Thursday I rang world vision and Sunnie, the boys and the children at the little angels are now sponsoring a little girl born on the same day as Sunnie and she is 8 too. It costs £18 per month to send her to school; she has never been to school. She lives in a very deprived area with barely any clean water and high HIV/aids risk. Sunnie and the children can write to her and send her photos and gifts and she can write back. When asked what she has always wanted she asked for a rag doll, so On Thursday afternoon we bought her, her first rag doll.

The little girl’s photo arrived this morning – her name is Fatou and I cried when I saw her photo – she is beautiful –

Please support Sunnie, the children and Fatou – we pray that this will be very successful so that we can help more children – for Sunnie and the children to be able to write to Fatou is wonderful – they will know what their art is achieving for a child less fortunate than them all they way across the world –

The Depth of Faith

I gave myself a reading last night, as I was feeling good, better than I had been in ages the messages the Angels sent me made me cry and made me feel that how I have been reacting lately was displaying ungratefulness, as I sat on my bed and apologised from the depth of my heart I heard the words "From the deepest depths, comes greatest faith"

These words brought me great comfort and a reassurance that I/we should not be ashamed for feeling what I/we feel, it really is OK.

Although we might not realise it we are always exactly where we need to be.

If you are experiencing great challenges, know that the universe (or your soul) is guiding you and trying to get your attention about your own energy patterns. I have noticed around me and within myself as well, that many of us are over-using our gifts. When we offer too much of whom we were intended to be, our gift then becomes a liability instead of an asset. Our gift becomes too exaggerated, over utilized, and thus creates an imbalance or a lower vibrating gift.

Say that you are here to bring the energy of self-care, feeling good, and enjoyment to the planet. If you spend an over-abundance of your time pampering yourself, taking care of you, becoming self-absorbed, and thus not available to the whole, your gift is then wasted. Or perhaps you are one who has the gift of really seeing others around you, knowing how they feel, and being very considerate of their needs. If you do this in an overabundant way, you would end up putting others before you, and find yourself attracting self-centered people, for example, that are there to show you how to be more like them.

When we attract others into our lives who embody traits that drive us crazy or that we think are just horrible, it is usually because at some point in our lives, we convinced ourselves that we would never be like that, and in this way, we became too much of the opposite ourselves. But know that whomever we attract probably believes that we are just too much of our own extreme as well, and can barely tolerate us!

With so much being magnified now, we are then able to really see and come to know what is inside of us and what we are all about, and we are given an opportunity to use our gifts wisely, in an appropriate arena, and in amounts that serve ourselves and the whole in the best way possible.

Another scenario can be present in regard to our personal gifts as well. When we are greatly talented and gifted at something, we know a lot about it and really vibrate it well. It is our passion, our focus, and the lens we see things through and the starting point we jump off of for most of our perceptions and experiences. Because of this, we very strongly notice anything that is substandard in regard to our arena, and we can become very angry if things are not fitting into our perception or standard.
