I step into the lift in the hotel and there it is. Another subtle hint from the Angels in black and white, framed perfectly on the wall –

Since last writing to you, the changes in me and life have been immense, as I embrace another part of who I really am.

The messages from the Angels have come in silent moments, wise thoughts, visions, an exciting dream, framed quotes in strange places. Seemingly bolts of lightning have shot down from above into my crown center, holding vibrations of information to share with you.

Dreams do come true. A fairytale expression maybe but a fairytale expression that can be your reality. You have the power within you to “allow” yourself your dreams. Power may sound like a strong word, that portrays something hard you will have to learn and harness but that is not so.

All you need do is align your thoughts and your feelings with your desires, “allowing” your desires to manifest. Desires would not exist in your heart, if they were not possible to achieve.

The Law of Attraction is just so – it is a gift. A gift so incredible that we choose to take on a physical from to benefit from this Universal Law from the highest advantage point.

Although we hold this physical form, we are still pure vibrational beings and the Law of Attraction is pure vibration also. Our vibrations – our signals, are our thoughts and feelings.

Whatever we ask for, must be answered that is Universal Law but it is up to us to “allow” ourselves to “receive”.

So if you have asked for a greater flow of money in your life, that gives you financial freedom and security – that is a thought from your mind – your solar plexus, your emotional energy center needs to be aligned with your positive thought and your hearts desire. The vibration we are sending out needs to match the vibration of which, we wish to attract.

It is more than often that we “ask” for something and still feel unworthy, insecure or feel worry or fear. We “ask” and yet still ponder on the current situation we wish to move away from.

We ask for something eg money but hold onto the negative feelings and lack off – therefore not moving from that space because our signals are sending out different vibrations.

Our emotions of our True Being are joy, excitement, bliss and love – so these are the feelings we need to release with our thoughts – our “asking”. This is the only way to align with your desire and receive it. To give a clear signal with the Whole of you.

So you ask with thought, prayer, you watch your thoughts, being careful for what you ask for.
You do not waste energy or time on negative thoughts or situations because your emotions will match that vibration and bring more to you.

You allow yourself to feel what you DO WANT, not what you do not want, aligning your feelings with the real you who knows love and joy, adventure and excitement –

You have now “allowed” yourself to have, receive and align with the vibration of your dream/desire/prayer.

You are the Creator of your life, that is why you choose to come here. To “create” your Heaven on Earth.

We just forgot along the way how.

You can turn it around from NOW. Only you can do this nobody else. Of course others may say or do things that may cause a negative emotion but with your knowledge now, you understand that a emotion of lack, depression or fear is not who you are. So you focus on and feel the opposite – love, joy, abundance and you create it.

As I look back on my life. I close the door, with love. I take my Angels hand and step forward. I see with total clarity that I have created my experiences so far, with my run away emotions rather than Who I am. I take full responsibility for my journey so far and my journey ahead. I understand and accept my power as a creator and with excitement and joy at the adventures ahead, I smile, believing in my body, mind and soul that Dreams do come true – for everyone!

Be grateful for where you are now and who you are, see your blessings and send love and gratitude to the Universe and the Angels.

Write down what it is you wish to achieve or have.

Hold the paper to your heart center and fill this paper with love and light, that is coming down through you and out of your heart.

Affirm that you are ready to release all emotions and thoughts to the Angels, that may be blocking your ability to receive your hearts desire. Allow yourself to be cleansed in the silver/violet flame.

Now spend time “daydreaming” – how lovey, seeing yourself where you want to be, and most importantly feeling it. Feeling the love and joy of what you want

Daydream as often as you like, by doing this you are allowing the whole of you to vibrate with the vibration of your desire. Be aware of your daily thoughts that may sabotage your receiving, breathe them away and focus again on your feelings and thoughts.

Be grateful for where you are and what is coming.

And most importantly allow yourself to feel good, whatever you are doing, at every moment of the day, where ever you are. Before you enter a situation – pick out the good bits and go in and focus. The more “good” you focus on the more good you will receive.

God's Light

I am sitting in my bedroom, pondering on the past month’s events and the loving messages I have received since last writing to you – where do I begin?

As I take a moment to just gaze at the clouds as they drift across the winters skies – I see in my mind’s eye, a beautiful butterfly fly into a shaft of light – and I know, what it is I am meant to share today.

A couple of weeks ago, I lay down to relax into my evening meditation and I was gently taken on one of the most magnificent and life changing journeys I have travelled so far with the Angels..

I saw myself as a child of eight years old, singing a solo in Worth Church for our school Christmas play. I could feel the love in this child’s heart for God, Jesus, the Angels and all she believed in, as she sweetly sung:.

“I said the dove from the rafters high,.

I cooed him to sleep, my mate and I,.

I cooed him to sleep, so he would not cry,.

I cooed him to sleep from the rafters high”.

But there was sadness and confusion in her heart too. “God” was not a word to be used at home without ridicule or being told, there was no such thing..

As I watched this scene, tears in my eyes, another song was being sung to me:.

“What can I give him, poor as I am,.

If I were a Shepard, I would give a lamb,.

If I were a wise man, I would do my part,.

What can I give him, give him,.

My heart.”.

A shaft of light shone upon the little girl (me) – and God told me He was with me and I was loved..

Another scene flows in – I am the eldest of six children and money was “tight” as a child..

I could see my mother giving us one fishfinger wrapped in a piece of bread for our dinner. I could see me crying as I was still hungry and my mother shouting at me in her frustration. Telling the child there is not enough and to stop being so selfish. The child is confused as she is merely wanting to fulfil a basic need in life – hunger – and does not understand why this is causing anger or why she is being labelled as selfish..

A shaft of light enters this scene – And God tells me he was with me and I was loved..

This scene changes once again to a teenager. I see myself standing in the “free school meal” cue and I can feel this young girls’s humiliation. She feels unworthy, demoralised and hates being made to stand out from the crowd to highlight her situation. The girl leaves the cue for she no longer can stand the pain. She chooses to starve herself again – her tiny frame wasting away..

A shaft of light shines upon this lost girl and God told me He was with me and I was loved..

The visions of childhood slip away and I understand now – I understand..

To say the word “God” may cause discomfort for you and I apologise now, if I have stirred up a dormant pain – but it needs clearing..

You see as a child, I had a sense of unconditional love for God and the Angels. I do not know where it came from, I guess I was born with that knowing, just like you. But because of my father’s anger and hurling ridicule, I believed my father out of love for him – and so my love for God diminished..

In December 2000, when I received an Angel visitation in my hospital room, I was confused. How could I be seeing an Angel when I did not believe in God..

Over the past six years, the Angels have softened my pathway back to God, that is the only way I can describe it and I believe that is part of the Angels mission here at this moment in time..

My father’s anger regarding the word “God” is like so many other people’s responses to the subject and that I believe is because of religion. The wars religion has created, the limitations, the constraints that are forced upon people, the suggestions that you may only communicate with God in Church or through a Priest/Vicar. This is not God – this is man – made..

God is light. It is an energy of life force that lives in everyone and everything. This energy is part of who we truly are. This energy knows only love, kindness, beauty, abundance, creation, truth, patience, joy ... This energy called God does not know hate, fear, anger, limitations, scarcity – It is light, all other thoughts, emotions are ego – and man – made..

Reflecting upon my journey with the Angels into my childhood, I see that although I had chosen as a young child to “step out of the light”, I was still not alone. That light was always available to me, all I had to do was choose to step into the light..

And it is as simple as that. I now know that when I am feeling unworthy, worry, fear, anger, that I am not aligned with who I truly am – a part of God.
All I need do is mentally see myself stepping into a shaft of light and all negativity, all un – truth, simply dissolves away..

I do not know of God. It is not that I am following a religion, attending Church, preaching to others neither do I even know the contents of the Bible..

This is personal..

The most loving and wise message from the Heavens this month came through my seven year old son.

Already the tears of joy and love are in my eyes (hormonal month for me *smile*) as I write to you, for as I write in visible words upon a page – Love shines back at me.

Last week we all went to see the new Superman film. The excitement in me was bubbling over, as once again, the child would get to watch her childhood hero with dazzling blue eyes, save the world!

Morgan was busy munching away next to me, the whole time his eyes wide and in awe of the man in the red cape and dodgy underpants.

I was so absorbed in the film, I was not really prepared for any hidden messages to appear ..

It came to a part in the film, when Superman is badly hurt. He has been tortured again by Lex Luther and is weak. He flies higher and higher up into the skies, until he reaches a place in the Heavens above, of pure light. Here he rests amongst the light, absorbing the energy, restoring his own ..

“What is he doing, Mummy”

“He is resting in the light, Morgan. The light is healing Superman, helping him get back his powers, so he can go back and save the world.”

Morgan eyes were now even wider.

“I had a dream about that the other day.” He replied. “I dreamt I was in a light with lots of other children and the light was inside me too. And someone said the light was a special power that all the children could use to make things better and save the world.”

Blown away – so was I. The rest of the film seemed to pale into insignificance, compared to this wise and wonderful child, a reality next to me.

After the film, Morgan and I briefly spoke but he was too busy, flying off around the car park to rescue Lois (Sunnie) from the tidal wave. He had no need to discuss his dream, for he already understood.

Since that moment, more messages have arrived, helping me to live as Morgans dream. In these moments I have felt more at peace, complete and whole.

We are all an energy, a light, in our perfection, every person on this planet. That same energy and light is within every animal, every plant, every object, every cloud, every wave in the ocean.

That same light and energy is the energy and the light of the Angels, Source, God and the flow of life – It is all One. It is our divinity. Our Divine Light. You may have heard all this before but it is one thing to know this and another level to “feel” it and live it.

If we reflect upon this knowledge and picture the whole, within our mind. We understand that in this “oneness”, there is no separation.

Separation has arrived through our “ego”, which tells us that black is separate from white, which tells us we are different because of a language, culture, colour or religion. But we are not, we are the same. One Divine Light.

We are one with nature. Nature is a living vibration and so is the same. It is the air we breathe in and out, it is the ground we walk upon – if there was no ground, where would your feet rest?

We are the same as the Angels, God, Source, the flow of life – “God is within you” and so why do we look outside of ourselves, when we only need look within.

How many times do people throw their hands in despair – the feeling that we are alone and dumped onto this strange planet, with no guidance.

I do not believe this to be so. We have just forgotten how to use our “walkie talkies”. Silent also spells Listen. And so within our silence, we will hear guidance. Silence is our walkie talkie. Again ego has taken over, causing separation as the chitter chatter in our minds, leaves no space for silence – no space for guidance.

Within this knowledge, I also understand that as we are not separate from one thing, than there is not one thing that our heart desires that we cannot have. Because it is within our heart, the energy is one with us and therefore not separate.

Our desires are merely an extension of our energy that we have not allowed ourselves to have or feel worthy of. They are desires and “hurt” because they are a missing part of you – they are missing because we see them as separate, rather than a piece of our energy that we just need to allow in. If nothing is separate from us, not one part of our lives is missing.

We ask God and the Angels to answer our prayers but as a separate thing. We see God and the Angels as a giant vending machine in the sky that chucks out miracles and prayers, they are not, they are a part of us – you need to ask in an energy of oneness, you trust you have been heard in this oneness, it is already yours, you have been answered. Then you are patient – for you know you have been heard and when you align with that part of you, you desire – it shall be yours.

If we see everything that we want, the life we desire, the Angels and so on as separate – so it shall be.

Superman knows all of this, remembers who he is. He arrives from Heaven onto this planet but he does not forget that he is a special being of light with unique powers. He does not see himself as separate from the Gods who sent him, he sees himself as part of them – as a their son. He listens and re – visits home within his mind and so he hears wisdom. Superman does not battle with ego, he does not wish to believe himself as separate or more powerful or different – he knows who he is, he sees himself as one with all others and so is of service to the planet and mankind.

Our children, they know, they remember. Dreams talk to them and they listen. They do not question that dream, just accept it as truth. They have not yet reached that age where separation is installed. They need not see themselves as separate to anything or anyone, all the time they “remember”.

Morgan is right, as is Superman. We are all Light and at one with Divine Light, a special “power” that we can use to make things better for everyone and the world – if we remember who we are and join together as ONE LIGHT.

It is Saturday afternoon and I have just got home from a morning at The Little Angels Club. I am feeling very emotional, almost an emotion that does not fit a label.

Today the children learnt about Acts of Kindness. To demonstrate this lesson I had collected money for a local children's hospice (Chestnut Tree House) and bought presents - DVDs, CDs, books, games, puppets, games ..... the children were divided into groups of elves, one group wrapped the presents, one group decorated stockings and another made a large Christmas card. It was truly a beautiful site, 20 children all, caring and thinking about other children who won't be home for Christmas.

The children learnt that is is fun to give to others and that Christmas is about giving and receiving unconditional love - not presents.

On my return home I checked my emails. This is what I found -

2006 has indeed been a year of change for me and it has brought with it many blessings and many challenges, but what has kept me going with faith, hope and trust are the Angels with their constant message of love, it is thanks to you that this connection has become stronger and I am grateful to you for helping me to do this. I am also grateful to you for suggesting I work with promoting and whilst this is in its early stages, I am hopeful that it will take off in 2007


So pleased you are taking time out. Those like yourself who serve others tend to neglect their own needs. How lovely it will be for your family to have you all to themselves. I love to hear the stories about the children.
Mine are adult now and I miss the excitement at Christmas (mind you my daughter at 23 (today as it happens!) still can't resist poking and prodding her presents!
Since I met you at one of the exhibitions when you told me that my angel was so tall you couldn't touch the top of him, i have been a convert! I talk to them daily, and I believe the care they are giving me and my family during what has been an extremely traumatic year has been invaluable. Even my husband is convinced when I told him to ask his angel for a parking space! I also ask for their guidance when I am doing Reiki and the difference in the energy provided is very strong - i know they are with me helping the people i am trying to help - that is so reassuring.
It is since I met you that this transformation has come into my life and I thank you sincerely for that.
It is wonderful to know that this earthly plane is not all there is in our existence!
I hope you and your family have the most wonderful Christmas and New Year and that you return to your work at the Sanctuary totally refreshed and happy.

You may or may not remember me. My name is Liz Steele and I receive your angelic messages from being on the mailing list.
My friend Denise and I came to one of your Angel talks at Ottakars bookshop. This must have been over a year ago. We then went to a similar session at Raphael's coffee shop.
I knew nothing about angels before these meetings but feel that over the past year, I have connected to the angels and their world calling on them when sad and low, asking and receiving signs and messages and being greatly comforted by their presence. I also try to remember to say thanks on my good days for my life and all that I am lucky enough to have.
It is thankfulness that has really prompted me to write to you,not having been compelled to do so before.
The words you send through the angelic messages, your tips,information, affirmations have been enormously helpful and encouraging to me. You are really an amazing person and I thought it was time to ' give ' back in the form of thanks and acknowledgement for all you do in your field of work. You are a very giving person and although you are running a business with Sanctuary of angels, you go beyond this somehow and seem to put a lot of extra time, love and dedication into your role.
I don't know whether I will come to anything else involving angels or not but for now, Well Done, and keep up all your good work, including the emails which are truly valued.

As I said at the beginning I feel emotional and I do not know what that emotion is - today I gave out so much love and came home with cards and flowers from the children, then read such beautiful words - I think that today I may have felt how it feels to allow myself to receive gratitude and love. Riding the winds of change.

The other morning I was out, “walking my talk” along the seafront.

The wind was blowing a gale and I could feel myself been “bullied” by the strength of the wind. My body being pushed from side to side, as I had to force myself to move forward, tightly, wrapping my coat around me. I felt like I was battling against a force of nature, my focus dropped, followed by my energy.

It was then I began to giggle and then I laughed out loud, as the Angels voices boomed above the howls of the wind.

“Go with the flow. Go with the flow.”

A seagull flew above me, his wings were not flapping, neither was he battling against the wind. He seemed to be perfectly still as he placed all his trust in the wind, allowing it to carry him higher, higher, dropping a little, then higher again. Not once did the seagull flinch or show any fear. Just simply letting go and going with the flow, as life carried him to his destination.

You see I did begin to battle with the wind, gritting my teeth, wrapping my coat tighter around my body and putting my full weight against the wind as I pushed my way forward.

But after I laughed and let go of the egotistical battle with the wind and took a moment to watch my friend the seagull, my attitude changed.

I chose to walk with the wind, to let it guide me, as I chanted my affirmations. I felt as if I had become one with the seagull. The wind carried me, as I trusted and let go – positive thoughts of “I am joy, I am love ...”, bringing out the pure exhilaration of each moment.

This experience taught me a few, simple but essential things:

One – it is much easier to surrender and flow with life. This is the ultimate trust. Just like the seagull, knowing a deeper knowing that he will arrive safely at his desired destination and just to ride the highs and the lows as the wind changes – always focused on his goal.

Two – my inner being of “I am .. love, joy, peace, contentment ...” should remain consistent, no matter what life is presenting to me on the outside. In this strength I can move past anything and be in each moment, not concerned about the next one.

And three – it’s ok, well, more than ok, to laugh out loud, alone, on the seafront, without the fear of being carried away by the men in white coats !! *smile*.


There are great times ahead for you, all you need do is be in a position of trust and open to receive.

Know you are worthy of God’s light and God’s love and practise spending time bathing in this energy.

All you desire for your life, that is of goodness, vibrates with God’s love, therefore you need to feel worthy of receiving love and allowing your energy to vibrate with that which you desire and God.

What do the Angels, the messengers of God reflect to you? Love, beauty, kindness, joy ... Then this is what you must be too, for when you are not these high energies, your desires and God’s love cannot reach you.

There is a piece of Heaven for everyone. EVERYONE.

Believing is seeing.

“Believing is seeing” – that is the way my four beautiful children have been bought up.

Before my very eyes, I see my 15 year old son, heading for the life he has set his heart upon since he was a little boy.

Dreams of playing songs from his heart to millions of people. His whole character changes on stage. He is alive. He is inspired by spirit – his spirit.

To waste life, waiting for the physical to manifest before you believe, is a long and sad journey BUT to believe with all your mind and heart, brings the physical into your reality. A perfect journey of joy and blissful creation.

Many times I have written to you over the past two years about watching your thoughts. Today the urge in me to send this message again is deeply strong.

Alongside the Angels, the most powerful energy in my life has been affirmations.

Affirmations are a way of changing old ego patterns into something new and beautiful, allowing what no longer serves you to shift and transform into a higher energy. An energy aligned with that which we were created from – Love and Joy.

Life does not change when we are stuck in lower energy thoughts, these are feelings such as anger, anxiety, stress, unforgiveness and so on. I am sure you know the ones. Of course they are there for everyone as we have grown up in a society where these energies are accepted and promoted by TV, newspapers, and mills and doom novels.

We have the “choice” to change them. No one “above” is popping these lower energy thoughts, beliefs and feelings into your mind – ego is.

Ego likes this control, thinks it knows a safer and better way but it is so restrictive, not only to you but the life you are living.

It is not difficult to change your thoughts, although ego will say it is. You are in control – trust me.

We can at any point, choose a more positive thought by stepping back from a situation, taking a deep breath and saying “I choose Peace, I choose Love, I choose Joy because that is what I AM.”

When you take these steps, the Angels and the Universe will work with you to bring you the peace, love and joy – the higher energies that YOU were created from.

Whenever we are not aligned with higher energies, we are not our True Being.

All creation comes form feeling and believing in the higher energy you desire and “be – ing” it. It is wise words that tell us we have to BE, what we wish to see in the world.

So for example, if what you seek will bring you contentment, joy or love, then BE that “essence” that you desire. Be that contentment, be that love – picture it in your mind, feel it with your heart, know you are worthy of it, trust it, breathe it – become ONE with it – and so it is.

Contentment, financial abundance, security cannot vibrate with you, if you do not vibrate with it.

So again, I say “watch your thoughts”. Do not think lack or need, because lack or need is what you will manifest. Affirm “I attract contentment, abundance ... into my life because that is what I AM.” When you feel yourself in low energy – breathe, picture a beautiful scene and re – affirm your desired outcome.

I am walking my talk. Everyday I walk along the seafront, chanting higher energy affirmations in my head as I march. It is a real “buzz”. I can feel my whole being change and have no doubt, that what I desire for my life is here with me now. Infinite patience will now allow that to manifest from spirit to physical matter in divine timing.

Today, after my “morning march”, I was stuck behind a van in traffic. I was clearly meant to read the logo on the van.

It was an image of one eye, radiating colours of light and below this image, I read -

“If you can imagine it, We can create it.”
