Meditation: with the beautiful Angelic crystal Seraphinte

This beautiful Angelic crystal holds many benefits. It is a powerful stone that encourages Angelic connection, its incredible shades of green clearing the heart chakra.


It cleanses all chakras and moves blocked energies within the meridians.


It brings a pure healing energy, causing old patterns of disease and imbalance to melt away, allowing new patterns to be created more easily.


Cleanse your crystal with sunlight, moonlight or the intention of holding pure white light, upon your breath and blowing it upon and into the crystal x 3.


Hold the crystal in your left hand and say something like:


“Under grace of God and all that is Light, with this crystal I call upon the patterns of healing, wholeness and regeneration for the wellness of my body and the evolution of my spirit and soul. Thank you”


Lay or sit down.


Imagine yourself surrounded in the colors and energy of this crystal and place it where you feel guided.


Now rest.

What does 'Special' mean to you?

A big hello and a warm hug to you all. I hope that among the grey skies, chilly winds and rain drops you have found the light and beauty of spring emerging – daffodils, lambs and Cadbury’s Crème Eggs *grin*.

The season brings change once again, not only in the world around us but the world within – a time of rebirth and awakening.

As Easter draws closer, we are reminded of why we are special, as individuals and as a whole.

My children often have deep and meaningful conversations as they chomp on their morning cereal. They always astound me with their words of wisdom, said with the ease of innocence.

Events of Mother’s Day and Easter have been the topics at school and from this the children have concluded what “special” is. Their list was not what I expected and in sharing this with you, I sincerely hope that you will see how special you are and that once, just as my children – you knew that without question.
